Was running door dash and drove through to grab the order. We were told to pull forward to wait for the chicken. We waited 20 minutes. Someone came out and asked what we were waiting for. She came back out and gave us the order. The frosty is half melted, hope the rest of the food is decent.

Never got the food, we cancelled our order because people were handling food with bare hands.
The fry guy, the manager and another were grabbing the fry boxes from the top touching the fries.
When I brought this up to the manager, I got a little bit of an attitude but I did get my money back.

I recently visited this Wendy’s location and had a mixed experience. The food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient, so kudos to the staff for that! However, I was very disappointed to find that they apparently do not accept mobile tap-to-pay (like Google Pay or Apple Pay) in the drive-thru. I could clearly see the POS terminal was equipped for tap payments from my car, but the functionality seemed disabled or they refused to use it. The staff informed me that mobile tap-to-pay is only accepted inside the restaurant. This means if you want to pay with your phone, you have to park your car and go inside. I don’t usually carry my physical credit cards with me, and in this day and age, it’s incredibly frustrating to encounter this. It truly feels like going back to the year 2020. I hope this gets fixed soon, as it’s a major inconvenience.

Admittedly, I have not yet gone inside this location but always go through drive through and have had a fine time doing so. Because the marketing is on point, today, I just had to have some of those crispy fries because of the “high fries” commercial with the kid running around giving high fives. It made me giggle so away I went to get fries and chili. While most people dip the fries in the frosty, if you haven’t dipped them in chili yet, you’re missing out! Just the right amount of crisp with those yummy chill spices makes me happy! They have 2 order stations but I’ve only ever seen one drive through order station open at any given time. Same with the windows. 2 windows but they only seem to ever use one. I’m not sure that opening the second order station or second window would speed things up at all but, but it’s just an observation on my part.

Ordered online pick up they didn’t know how to speak properly and we had to repeat ourselves 5 times than they mess up the chicken sandwich taste horrible likes it’s been resting for hours and the fries tasted like dirt and I asked for ranch and bbq they give me ONE honey bbq NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR I DONT GET ITTT DO BETTER

Never once have used the 2nd drive thru lame since they opened. Looooong wait. Girl at window never cracked a smile. Fries are complete trash. Burger nothing special.

Went to the drive thru just for fries since normally Wendy’s fries are great, but the lady was kinda rude and in a hurry and gave me fries that tasted like they were under a hot lamp for a super long time. Each fry had a side of it that was dry and hard. And they didn’t even give or offer ketchup. Who doesn’t want ketchup with their sole order of fries???
