I was all excited to try the $1 biscuit specials, i downloaded the app and when I got there the guy working the counter was so irritated I ordered them i didn’t even want to ask him to scan my barcode for points. He was rude to me, the lady behind me and the people in the drive thru. The only plus was the food was great. Still, I’m deleting the app and never going to this Wendy’s again.

The last few times I’ve been here, my experience has been great! Fresh food and quickly! They’ve come a long way since a year or so ago. James working the drive thru window is always very polite and keeps things flowing smoothly.

Food itself is alright, but the drive thru employees are rude and always seem to be in a bad mood whenever I go there and most of the parking lot is in pretty bad shape. If they smoothed out the parking lot and trained their employees to be friendlier it would be a lot better
