Traveling, signs about low staff and that’s understandable. Ordered on kiosk. We wanted to pay with cash which was an option. Waited for food for 15 minutes while some kid at the front just slugged around. Then the manager said we needed tell him we were paying with cash before the order started. Not her fault at all think the kid didn’t care. LOL so confusing!!! Manager seemed to be the only competent one ♀️

It still has the longest wait time in their drive through of any fast food restaurant that I have been to. My burger was actually cool. I was very disappointed I feel after waiting a 10 minute wait and drive through that my food should be nothing but absolutely fresh which in this case it absolutely was not.

What a mistake going here. Placed a mobile order for the drive thru. Arrived and found the drive thru was closed. We went inside and it took 28 minutes to get our food. I have never seen a fast food restaurant take so long to make food. The burgers we got were cold, brown lettuce. One of our combos was missing the fries it was supposed to come with. We ordered a caramel frosty and a strawberry frosty and neither were mixed, the flavors were sitting at the bottom. The coke we got wasn’t filled all the way to the top and it also tasted stale.

Always great food and wonderful service here. Even got a bowl of chili to take with me on the road. Being an OTR truck driver makes it a little difficult to get quality food. I bring a lot from home but have a cheat day ever week so this week it was a Wendy’s double and a bowl of chili to go

Always getting the wrong order or the sauces was not wrong up. I have lost count of how many times I have left Wendy’s with my order wrong. I was telling the lady that works there in the morning that I had ordered sauces also. She did not even bother to ask her Co-worker to see if he got the order wrong.

I asked the lady that bagging the food to make sure I had mild chicken nuggets. She informed in a smart ass manner that she knew how to read and knew how to do her job.
I guess she has never messed up order which i find that hard to believe. I guess doesn’t have food allergies. And the manager was standing right there and said nothing and smiled like she thought it was funny. Travis Maddox

My order was taken accurately and my food was served up promptly. The place appears to be very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and personable. Definitely place you stop at one time and feel you would do again.
