This location has gone downhill significantly. Having been a patron of this particular location for years I am severely disappointed in the experience that I had today.

I went through the drive-thru today I ordered 2 3piece chicken strip meals and a child’s meal.
We got to the window was charged- not given a receipt, and told to pull up to wait for 5 minutes. No worries there I get having to drop food in the fryers and being understaffed. After waiting about 10 minutes an employee came out with our food. We told them that we had not received our drinks yet, the employee went back in to get the drinks. After a few minutes different employee came out with 2 of 3 of our drinks. We told them what was missing and after 2 minutes of going back and forth trying to tell the employee that we just needed the milk for the child’s meal, they went back inside. We sat longer waiting for the milk and noticed the drive-thru was getting busy so I started to head into the store and the first employee came out asking what I needed. I explained again that I was missing the milk for my child’s meal. She told me to come on into the store where I waited another few minutes before an employee acknowledged me. I explained yet again that I just needed the milk for my kids meal and that I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes at this point for it.

This store is severely disorganized and it’s sad to see it has reached such a state. I will likely not be visiting this location again as the store is understaffed, disorganized and obviously struggling.

Only good thing about this Wendy’s is that the food is fresh. The customer service is atrocious. Cashiers are always very rude and dismissive, and they will up-charge your meal without you asking them to. Maria the cashier told us “oh well” before closing the door in our faces this morning when we express to them that they charged more than what their menu shows. Menu shows pricing for small meals, but they will 100% charge you for a med/large without your consent.

Ordered our meals inside to go, watched our food sitting on the tray getting cold while they served the drive through customers, the sour cream and chive potato had no sour cream. They charged me for a small chili as I ordered but they didn’t give me any, asked for a refund but they ignored that request. couldn’t wait to get out of there since the service was so lousy.

I usually have good experiences, but my most recent visit, I ordered a Chocolate cold foam and when they tried handing it to me, I could immediately see they had not used the batter, so I asked and the insisted it didn’t have batter!! I ended up leaving without it! Sad! So many different experiences on ONE drink! Ugh!

Just bad. Food was not good and a disappointment. Burgers were room temperature and so was the fries. Plus it was like 90 degrees in there. Combo of the food and heat made my daugther not feel good. We haven’t had Wendy’s in a while and wanted to try again. We are not eating at Wendy’s ever again.

I’m not sure if these employees just don’t understand how to work in a restaurant or if they are just cognitively slow and can’t speak basic English. There is only ONE worker you can rely on to get your order correct, Hazma. He has amazing work ethic but nobody else does. They only get my order right if it’s from THE APP. If I order a burger extra ONIONS and NO PICKLE, they will do the EXACT OPPOSITE!!! I’ll have to order a regular sandwich and add the modifications MYSELF!! That’s not what you want in fast food. Unreliable and dysfunctional employees who are beyond rude and dismissive. Stop hitting your juul with your airpods in and do your job!! Terrible service at the window with 0 care whatsoever! I get it, nobody likes to work but COME ON!! Assembling a cheese burger is NOT that hard, and that’s coming from someone with experience in an ACTUAL restaurant. Gotta be the single WORST Wendy’s in the STATE! How embarrassing ‍↕️

Abysmal service and quality at this location. They were clearly short staffed, I’ll give them that. There seemed to be a flood in the kitchen area. The person next to me got the wrong order, and my order was missing a few items and was badly thrown in the bag. The workers there seemed miserable, so this was an all in all depressing experience. Avoid this location the best you can.

Employees are quick and friendly. They were out of the chocolate chunk cookies so they offered me 4 sugar cookies at the price I was going to pay for the 2 chocolate chunk which I thought was very very nice and very customer oriented. I really appreciate the extra step they took! Definitely recommend it and definitely will be going back

Went through the drive through cause I was craving the $8 JBC meal deal. The guy asked if I what sauce I want with my nuggets which was weird but brushed it off. Got to the window and it was CONSIDERABLY less money than I thought and got back to my house and the sauce I asked for was completely wrong. WTH? The people working the windows need to take the air buds out and stop the side conversations and LISTEN. What if I had a food restriction? Or something I would have gotten the wrong food and had a emergency. Stay clear of this place

Got my mobile order wrong and when I went in app it said estimated 2 minutes to talk to someone. 2 minute wait turned into 10 minutes just to get kicked out because no one is available.
