This location shorts you on fries, rarely have ever gotten an order where the fries were poking above the back. These pictures are from the last three years living near this Wendy’s.
They also cannot consistently scan the app coupons, something also necessary with their insanely high fast food prices. Today they wouldn’t even offer me the free fries that the coupon was for, not even minding the points that I’m not earning by being unable to scan.
No thanks, I did not pay and walked away with no food. See ya Wendy, you use to be great but y’all really just don’t need business from us.
UPDATE: I tried this location again, they double charged me for someone else’s order as well as my own and will not refund me, instead they gaslight me saying I couldn’t have been charged twice because my second receipt is for someone else’s online order that was already paid for. I showed them both receipts that clearly show my card number along with both bank transactions that match to the cent. No dice, they said to call corporate if I have a complaint.
Yeah my complaint is that you stole my gas money for work tomorrow.

We used a kiosk to order, then couldn’t use our QR code coupon. We ordered through an employee. The total was over $2 more than at the kiosk before the coupon.
Almost all flavors of soda were out in the dining room. There were no zero/low calorie choices.
All my food was cold. Chicken nuggets, fries (weren’t full) and burger.
And my shoes stuck to the floor.
It literally felt like a slap in the face spending my money here.

They were out of carbonation for sodas BUT did not tell anyone when purchasing soda… then just said “sorry, we would lose a lot of money… no refund”. Plus the fries were cold. Your feet stuck to the floor when walking and the tables were not cleaned.

Employees literally could not care less about you or your food. It’s good at least, but I can’t help but wince every time I come here for some food and no matter who it is I’m treated like I’m barely worth even looking at. Much different than how it is at Culvers or Panera.
Not a deal breaker, since the food itself is usually good. They’ll mess up your coffee though. Don’t get coffee.

This place it a hit or miss; depending on the team. I’ve seen the usuals and I know the food will be good. However, the last time I visited (with different workers), I wanted to try a new coffee they released but the workers said they have no idea how to make it. They tried to make it anyways and it was sour coffee. We ordered a hot potato and it was rock hard. The fries were old and cold. Not only that, they were behind two online orders, gave them frosty with no lids, missing food, etc… and it was not rush hour yet. We do not go to this Wendy’s anymore.

Counter person seemed annoyed with me wanting to order directly from her. Had to use the restroom and the smell of urine was so strong it made me nauseous and then no toilet paper. Counter person forgot to give me the frosty I ordered and then questioned me like I wasn’t being honest when I went up to get it. Also no containers for ketchup. They were busy so I can forgive some of this but no excuse for rudeness and a disgusting bathroom.

Ordered a taco salad, no sour cream. Received sour cream, but no salsa. Also got the smallest bag of chips(quarter filled and all broken). No chocolate frostys available. They forget something often, normally I check my food before leaving but I had just gotten off work and was in such a rush to get home I forgot. Too late for me to make the drive back, so I guess I’ll just put some ranch on it and have a side of chili?

Dirty floors, dirty tables. No one at the registers so I’m forced to use a self service station which can be fine but I had get the attention of two different people to get my drink. The first person just seemed confused by the question. Parking lot just covered in ice and snow even though it’s been more than a few days since it snowed.

I visited this Wendy’s location and noticed that most of the staff spoke Spanish, with very little English. It made placing my order take longer than expected, and I had to use a translator. It might help if there was at least one staff member who could communicate fluently in English to assist customers.

No one expects good service at a fast food place but wow the people working here are impressively rude.
Also their soda machine has a terrible chemical taste doesnt matter what drink you get it will taste awful.
