I’d say the food is ok, not bad, not impressive. The staff is very friendly and polite; however, the service is very slow. I waited for someone to take my order for more than 10min and for my food about 35 minutes. Waiting for a table wasn’t that bad. About 10-15min. It’s a good place for large groups space wise, not ideal if you would like to enjoy your meal in a quiet environment, it’s crowded and noisy.
The store is great! It’s very well stocked.

This was our first time eating at a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well lit.The temperature in the restaurant was comfortable. It was a little busy. Service was fast. Their Salad is very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. When our food was brought to our table it was cooked the way we ordered it and it was hot. Their serving size is large. Their prices are reasonable. They have a decent selection of food.
There is a store attached to the restaurant. It sells candy, clothing, small furniture (Chairs) and toys. It is in the Marketplace at Hamilton Shopping Center. It is 5 minutes from a major East/West highway.

Cracker Barrel has a place in my heart from the many times we stopped at one while on our family vacations across the country.
After 6 or 7 years of not being to one we finally had the chance to stop in for dinner on our way to Philadelphia.
One word: BLAND.
I had the chicken pot pie (first time) and it was just okay. Nothing I would order again. Mom had the fried shrimp, dad the steak, and both were bland. Dad’s corn was hard. Thankfully they had cocktail sauce for the shrimp. My son had the pot roast and even though it WAS tasty… regrettably the meat was tough.
Best parts of the meal: the buttermilk biscuits and the hash brown casserole tots. Those were absolutely delicious!!! (Note: the biscuits came with cornbread which was salty, not sweet at all. Not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be but I prefer some sweetness to my cornbread).
Overall the service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant was clean. No complaints there. I just wish the meal had been better.

We looked through the menu & decided on the Country fried turkey. When the server arrived to take our order, she informs us that they are no longer have this meal for the day. Since this is a popular dish, it would have been nice to have been inform as we were seated. So we looked through the menu again & waited for the server to come back. The “butter pecan French toast bake” sounded so good, but was disappointing. It was very sweet & very starchy/bready. Didn’t taste like a french toast, more like a bread pudding. However, the server & employees were nice & accommodating. The Country store hasn’t disappoint. Always fun to walk through.

Loaded Baked Potato was ice cold.
Fried Chicken was either old, or overcooked, or both.
I didn’t complain.
Salad, Mac n Cheese, Grits, Corn Muffin and Biscuit were good.
Service was extremely slow, unfriendly and uncaring of food quality. It bothers me when a server walks by several times and doesn’t ask you how everything is…, or if you want anything. While water glass sat empty.
Anyone can have a bad day.
I will try CB again.

The server took forever to come the table then when she came she spoke so low we had to ask over and over what are you saying. We ordered breakfast, chicken and French toast and grandmas fried breakfast. She brought half of each order and ALL THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGLY. French toast was white! White French toast. There was no love at all in the food. The biscuits were burnt and hard the gravy was a glob of some gooey nastiness and cold. The worst breakfast I have ever paid for in my life and I will never in my life visit any Cracker Barrel ever!

It is so sad that they don’t have vegetarian and limited fish options. The host gets 5⭐️ but the menu options is really real bad but prices are great. I did like the store merchandise, I bought a one of a kind Andes.

It’s been years since I’ve come to a Cracker Barrel and I was craving biscuits and gravy so we decided to drive to our nearest location (about 40min). We arrived at around 10am and there was about a 30min wait which was fine. We only ended up waiting about 15min. The store was nice to browse around during that time. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The overall food was ok. Not quite the quality that I remembered it but the price was fair. We were also missing a bowl of gravy but didn’t bother asking because one bowl is a decent size. Probably wouldn’t drive that far again to come back.

We were very excited to try Cracker Barrel and unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. It was a Saturday night and we had a 25 min wait which we didn’t mind as we shopped in the store and even bought several items. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress Madea. She was nice, however, never brought out the biscuits and cornbread. We had to ask for it after our dinner arrived. I initially ordered the Meatloaf and was told after the apps came out that the Meatloaf was not available. 15 minutes later Madea returned to let us know that there was Meatloaf. 5 minutes after that she came back apologizing that there in fact was NO Meatloaf. The kitchen needs to get it together. You either have Meatloaf or you don’t. The appetizers came out at room temp, not even hot. And the same with our entrees. We were displeased overall with the service and cold food. Throughout the courses Madea did not collect any of our dirty dishes. The dirty app plates sat on the table when the entrees came out which left little room for us to move things around. As she refilled drinks she continued to leave the empty glasses on the table. We have no interest in returning to a Cracker Barrel in the near future.

I was very excited about this place and its a nice place but food wasn’t for me. There wasn’t a single option to get eggs with veggies like onion and peppers and when I asked for this customization, it was simply rejected. I believe a breakfast/brunch place should have atleast one option for eggs with veggies instead of all meat options. Pancakes were very average and I also didn’t like their hash browns. French fries and hot chocolate were good. Prices are good but food is not for me, otherwise service and atmosphere was good.
