I came to Wendy’s 30 minutes before closing and ordered my food thru the mobile app, as I pulled to the drive thru box nobody was there to greet me after about 5 minutes I pulled up to the window, I seen a lady and she also saw me almost instantly. I waited until 12:03 before anyone came to the window. When someone did approach the window they told me they were closed. When I tried to explain that I ordered my food a half an hour ago she got aggravated and started to cuss me out and accuse me of recording her, after she said I was recording her I did indeed pull my phone out and start recording her. She refused to give me my food, flipped me off, and cussed me out multiple times.
I work night shifts and the absolute least you can do if you work in fast food/retail is close when you are supposed to.

This is maybe the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to more than once. I try them every once in a while hoping things are better but I’m always greeted with a lady that has knowledge of about 25% of the English language. The order is only correct about 10% of the time and about the same percentage of the time, you get fresh food. It’s extremely rare to get both. I’ve also somehow spent 15 minutes in the drive through on more than one occasion with 2 or less people in front of me. It’s almost comical how terrible this place is.

literally could not understand the drive through guy, he overcharged us for something we didn’t ask for, kept my card for twenty minutes and did god knows what with it and the food was DISGUSTING and cold. then he had the audacity to add a shitty apology at the end. don’t waste your time here, wendy’s get rid of sebastian.

First I will say their breakfast staff is great and that food was good. The reason for the 1 star is because of the night staff and food quality at night. I went there at 11 pm when they close at 12. I was informed that they close in an hour before I even ordered. Then told the Frosty machine was not available. They also said it might take a bit because they had to cook to order. 15 minutes later I get cold and old food that had so many condiments that you could barely identify that there was a burger patty there. They also overcharged me by $5 but of course they didn’t give me a receipt. I might eat their breakfast again but I would avoid this place like the plague for dinner service.

Would rate higher if had remembered to put napkins in drive thru food bag! Besides that loke most times fries are extra salty but had other times where salty amount was worse.

I mobile ordered two premium combos and was given two small drinks. I even made sure they were set to their medium defaults. I couldn’t order a medium sprite online due to a glitch like I wanted so I settled for Coke. However, the worker hands me two small drinks.
