This location has some really sweet staff members and they do a good job. Occasionally there’s an error especially since the line will randomly go from completely empty to 6 cars all hours of the night it seems, so don’t forget to check your bag before you drive off.
Wendys seems to have just upped their prices and slightly altered their menu though, which is disappointing with the lack of good coupons in the app, but it’s still not a terrible price.

If you like Wendy’s food you’ll like this. Standard Wendy’s food. Sometimes they are very helpful if they need to make substitutions.
Check your order though. They seem to not always look at the mobile order and I will be missing things or get something a little different. Not usually a big deal but I want exactly what I order. Missing spoons, missing butter that sort of thing.
All in all good service and friendly people.

This was litterly the best wendys meal ive had, staff was nice, all the food was super fresh, i get its fast food, but ive had other locations that was below average. Late night staff gets a 5 star A++++++.

I just went through the drive-thru and bought two burgers. They rounded my change and stole two pennies from me. No signs are posted saying they are rounding, or I would have given exact change. That is theft. I would like my money, please. If you’re going to round, round in the customer’s favor, not the business’s; that’s theft.

Pretty decent for fast food. Honestly, im 55 and as I age i think more about the quality of what I eat, rather than the quantity. I guess it’s part of getting older. That and finding 5 or old fries wedged in the back seat of the car that still haven’t started to rot. Those fries and twinkies! So if your still young and indestructible, disregard my reviews on fast food places.

I was on my way to Arby’s when I thought Hmm, I haven’t had Wendy’s in a while. I got a $6 biggie bag, no receipt cold fries and no barbecue sauce. The doors to the restaurant are locked, had to go through the drive thru line a second time and they were rude at the window when I asked for my sauce. Now I see why this place is never busy.

Service was fine but the food was absolutely not good. Cold fries, like room temp cold. Burgers not much better oddly. Once my family gets off the toilet, we’ll maybe try another Wendy’s. Certainly won’t be going back to this location. 4 out of 4 afflicted.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a #8 with a sweet potato. The manager asked, “anything else?” and before we could finish, she cut off the order, quoted a total, and left for more than five minutes. When she came back, our order was completely messed up, which delayed us even more.
When we finally got our food, we checked the bag and noticed the sweet potato was missing. I went inside and had to explain several times that the order was wrong. My dad also came in and repeated it multiple times. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, they ended up charging us again for the potato—wasting even more of our time.
The food itself was mediocre, but the biggest issue was the poor customer service and disorganization. The manager especially made the experience frustrating and unpleasant.
