Went to this Arby’s ordered two fish and one Ruben. Took them little over half hour to fill my order. When I got home we had one fish not fully cooked and two Rubens with burnt bread. Ended up throwing it in the trash. Would not recommend this Arby’s at st lucie west. Ethan the shift manager didn’t seam to care when I complained about how long it was taking never again do I want to go through that one again. Has been 4 days that I have posted still haven’t heard from the manager of Arby’s. I did their survey and requested a call back and still haven’t heard back from them.

I come here often the food is always done fresh and very tasty. Our waiter was very good took all our orders 6 of of us and repeated them back . Our food came quickly and as we ordered it no mistakes. Im so glad they open 24hrs it’s the place to go when hungry at night. You won’t be disappointed they have a large menu something for everyone. The refills kept coming without asking for them . Don’t drive by give them a try you will have a great meal. So for not putting any photos as we were very hungry and just began eating.

Wanted to try the new steak nuggets. They were so disappointing I didn’t finish them, but the Mac and cheese was good. I usually just get a beef and cheddar and fries and it’s usually decent. Pricing is getting way too high for fast food. 2 meals spent about $30. Fast food should be closer to $15-20 for 2 meals. Ridiculous.

I placed my order online for pickup inside. I already know that Arby’s as a whole are extremely stingy with their ALL sauces and maybe it was my bad for not checking but I did assume with ordering 2 sandwiches I would get at least the bare minimum. There was only one e bag in the pickup box and I did not know if it was mine because it didn’t have a tag or receipt or anything on it, so I asked the girl if it was mine and she had to look on her screen and she said what my name started with and I asked her if there was Bronco Berry sauce because usually that is the one that is always forgotten and she said there should be but I’ll give you one just in case. I didn’t want to open the bag because I had a little bit of drive before I would be able to eat and I was also bringing food for someone else I get to my destination and open the bag there is no Bronco Berry sauce in there for the jalapeno poppers and there are no Arby’s sauce and no Horsey Sauce at all. My lunch mate ate his sandwich plain. I however only ate a few bites of my sandwich and the Poppers, I wont be going back there

Epic fail! Ordered the 5 for 5 on the app at 6:45 pm with a pickup time of 7:15 pm. Arrived at 7:19, walked in to find a family waiting at the register to order. There was no one behind the counter. I walked over to the area designated for the online orders. It was several minutes before an employee (barely moving at a snails pace) came out from the kitchen. She asked the family if they wanted to order, to which they responded, “Yes”. She asked me if I was waiting for and online order, I responded, “Yes”, and then she slowly moved back to the kitchen with no explanation to anyone. There was another employee, with no sense of urgency, working in the fry area. After 10 more minutes the family waiting at the register left without ordering. I would have left also, but I had already paid when I placed my order on the app. I finally asked what the hold up was to another employee that appeared from the drive thru area, and was told that they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders they had. My order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15 was handed to me at 7:42. When I got home and unwrapped 1 of the sandwiches, the bun was so burnt, I had to replace it with bread I had at home. All around a horrible experience. Arby’s, you must do better!

I ordered a burger and fries via Uber eats, burger was made correctly and as ordered the fries were left over fries from the bottom.
Seemed like they needed to make new fries but decided to give me what was left at the bottom. The curly fries weren’t even curly. Just dry. Next time please just make a new batch. Asked for cheese sauce and it was not filled up to the top of the container. Maybe about 1 pump of cheese sauce instead of it being filled to the top. To bad chic fil la is closed on Sundays.
