Never ran to write a Google review so fast in my life. This was by far the worst meal I have ever purchased from a faat food place. All of my food was incredibly cold. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and got no cheese. Went back in asked for it to be corrected. Staff was very polite and remade extremely fast. However, the new patty had a dried piece of cheese adhered to one side and a fresh cold piece on the other. The ONLY good thing about this whole order was the frosty because it came out of a machine. Very disappointed.

Worst fast food in cottage Grove. Not sure how you dry out a burger patty and still have it pink on the inside !? They don’t smash the patties, used old brown lettuce and way too much mayonnaise. The bacon was like cardboard with no flavor . Not to mention this place smells really gross inside

What kind of Wendy’s is this? They’re out of everything they’re out of napkins so it looks like they had to buy some napkins from the store they’re out of ice and they’re also out of soda and lemonade, and no straws, All the drinks were watered down and the food was cold. I ordered a grilled asiago ranch chicken sandwich…. drove 45 min for Wendy’s because Im pregnant. I get home and it was wrong. Im so mad. Its some fake chicken breaded patty with nasty American cheese I could have just went to McDonald’s.

This “baconator” seems a little light. Little pieces of bacon on top, not even half stripsm no bacon underneath as it should be.
I was the ONLY customer there. Not a mistake, not an accident. Pure laziness. I bet I will receive no reply either, because a simple response/resolution might make me delete this shitty review(if they care)

Seriously I don’t care if I’m Ordering In, Drive Thru, or through door dash. Which I ordered through Door Dash. I wanted 2 Jr Bacon Cheese Burgers on Lettuce, it was suppose to have mayo and tomatoes and where are they? I paid for it to be added. I just feel the sandwich was slapped together with no care. Secondly the cheese was barely melted so that’s telling that the meat was cold or getting cold. Ordered Baconator Fries with BBQ Sauce and didn’t get the sauce. Shame shame shame.

I always love Wendy’s..I don’t come to this location a lot because of this..this is like the 5th time I’ve come here and the 3rd time I Ordered Dave’s double..the last time I was here there wasn’t so much ketchup and mayonnaise so I didn’t want to put a review,but this time there was sooooo much ketchup and mayonnaise dressing I can’t even hold and bite onto the burger without it falling off the buns.dressing started falling off due to so much dressing..I hope this won’t happen again..cause I have to eat my veggies then bite my meats..like I said I love Wendy’s and used to work for Wendy’s but this person need to be hold accountable for putting toooo much dressing..thanks

Tried breakfast…. after taking a bite of the egg bacon biscuit something tasted funny. The egg was green/black around the yolk. Must have sat in the warmer way too long. Brought the whole tray back to counter and let them know. Disgusting and has soured my thoughts on Wendy’s..
