I stopped in for breakfast at this location one morning and was pleased to see they offered app ordering. This allowed me to take advantage of the discounts offered in their deals section.
I found the dining area clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and thankful for my visit.
I ordered a biscuit combo with a coffee and a side of their little hash brown rounds. The food and the coffee was hot and fresh. I was glad I stopped in.
I would recommend this location to anyone in the area as they seem to be on the ball better than their competitors down the street.

Person taking order was on personal phone on speaker and splitting attention between us and whomever she was talking too…WOW. Ordered pickles and tomato and paid 30 cents each. Got no pickles and got a thin silver dollar slice of the top of a tomato with the hard stem on it! Never coming back!

Idk the name of the ladies working at the window on 11/25 at 11am but they are spectacular ! So incredibly friendly, great attitude and customer service that i haven’t see in a while. I am so happy to have this level of customer service and professionalism in Milledgeville. I dare to say the customer service was even better than Chick Fil A.

Order was wrong but my main concern was employees fuss in front in customers and there was a child’s birthday party going on she took her headset off and throw it on the food that was already ready the bag .. I love BK but I will not be back to the chaos and disrespect that the employee showed if I was the manager, I would’ve sent her home .. now the girl who took the order was great .. but this was uncalled for I feel like regional manager should come in and clean house new management. The manager on duty was not loud, but should’ve told her to leave after people talk to her. She came back behind the counter put the headset back on. And went back to work not on my watch she went home short staffed or not that’s not how you conduct business and I would like a email back to see if this was taken care of This was the Burger King in Milledgeville, Georgia

Been sitting a total of twenty minutes, constantly told please wait, please hold, and no one but another cars been here. Over the past year the quality of food and service has plummeted consistently…I’ve got to drop my four star down to one. It’s unacceptable for a food chain this successful to have these issues all the time. I was gonna leave and go to another store, but I’m commented to ensuring the community knows to find their food elsewhere now… I can’t suggest this to anyone else anymore. Update. It’s 2025.l , a year later. Same issue. Place sucks. Cookout is better, faster, tastier. I’m done trying with this failure of a place. They will never succeed.

Order taker on the front was too busy talking to her friend about their personal drama instead of bagging food or taking orders. Once she finally decided to bag the food while still gossiping she just grabbed whatever food was laying there and to know surprised gave me the wrong food. On top of that took them over 5 minutes just to remake a dbl cheeseburger with only ketchup.

Plastic was in the bottom of the cup. Looks like it may be the plastic that the cups are wrapped in. Manager said this has never happened before& she doesn’t see how it could have happened. Said there’s nothing she could do.

I was headed home, starving, and in the mood for a whopper with onion rings. I was thinking that it wouldn’t be the best since it was kind of slow, man was I wrong. They made it perfect and everything was fresh. Thank you so much, definitely worth the wait.
