Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been all over the country. Drove 45 minutes for costumes and decided hours ago to have Wendy’s with my family. Immediately should’ve left. It was smokey as hell when we walked in. The guy at the counter was clearly frustrated and what appeared to be the manager was too busy on his phone to even help. I included the best picture I could get of him trying to show his co worker something on his phone that he just couldn’t wait to show her in the middle of dinner rush. I don’t even blame the cashier for being overwhelmed, but I do blame him for beinh just flat out rude to me. After waiting almost 5 minutes at the counter to even be acknowledged I was standing in front of the register. He walks up and doesn’t say a word. Snaps at me before I could even finish my sentence about the Boo Books, because they’re out them. Fine, that’s understandable, but I’m not the one who chose this job. Maybe be at least polite. The food was sub par, cold nuggets, cold fries and crap service. Thankfully I wasn’t the only customers annoyed by the cashier or the service, another diner said “he’s lucky he didn’t get head butted”. If you don’t like your job, quit. That was the worst Wendy’s EVER.

This is a good Wendy’s.
Workers are polite and friendly, on our last stop a lady even gave us some free frosty’s for a short wait and another time a nice man filled our cups with the energy drink for no extra charge because we ordered wrong. Food is always good and the toppings are actually ON the sandwiches lol

Pretty good food. The staff is pretty friendly and welcoming as well. I got the pretzel bacon Pub burger and it was pretty tasty. For a quick lunch it was pretty good. The inside of the restraunt seems to be pretty clean as well. It is a good place to stop for a good quick meal.

i was very upset when doordash didnt have the orange hi-c option from their freestyle machine, so i settled and ordered fanra orange. lo and behold the workers actually read my mind and gave me hi-c orange. goated employees and goated wendy’s

Usually I don’t have issues ordering from here but today was different. They were hella busy and I understand that but they can’t even get your damn order right. I asked for a plain crispy chicken and I can’t even get that. They gave me a spicy with bacon. Barely finished it. DO BETTER WENDYS. Sticking to the east side from now on. I pay for good service so if I can’t even get my damn order right I’ll go somewhere else.

Everything was good but the dining could have been more clean. I realize it was from customers but the floors needed to be more attended to and more tables could have been cleaned off based off the occasional customer coming in.

Workers are rude and likely strung out. I hesitate to say accusatory as well in fear that they don’t know what that means but all problems lie with the customer and not their own incompetence.

Ive been coming here for years and it hasn’t been until recently, my last 3 times ive been here to be exact and my fries and nuggets are always COLD, I only kept coming back with benefits of the doubt in hopes it would get better but I can honestly say I will never come back again, this is my last disappointment
