This particular Wendy’s is in a Pilot truck stop. It is very organized and clean. The customer service is very courteous and friendly. The food tastes outstanding and it is served fresh and hot. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity…. I give it five stars…..

This Wendys is great! The food was hot and fresh. The manager knows how to handle a problem too. Our baked potato was firm, so they said they’d get a new one. Then they realized they didn’t have any ready. They suggested a baconator fry, got us that for free and refunded the baked potato. Great! So well-handled!

I would put 0 stars if I could. Went to get one breakfast sandwich and a coffee this morning with cream and sugar ordered a medium got a small. Had no sugar and barely any cream when I ordered extra. Waited 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich so we went in and asked and said they were waiting on eggs. Nobody in drive through just us. Just drove off terrible service waited 20+ minutes for one sandwich which we never got and coffee wasn’t right either. Also never answers the phone I had to call pilot one night to get a answer tried calling Wendy’s 6 times

Decent breakfast from a gas station location. I got the English muffin egg bacon sandwich and it was a little bland/dry, but a lower calorie option. The cold brew caramel coffee was pretty yum. The small size was gone in a few sips. Thanks Wendy’s crew for being so welcoming!

Tonight my meal was free in fact that I was able to redeem my pilot rewards card points.
Got myself something called the S’ Awesome combo which includes drink and fries and they were running a promo for a small frosty for only 50 cents. Or in my case like the meal it was free.

First off noticed a young guy touching the food with bare hands no gloves!!! Would take orders outside and not wash hands or put gloves and go back to handling food. Then when we got our order it was the wrong stuff. So, had to wait again for our food. The guy that was suppose to get the food they gave us was a little upset having to wait again. There was at least 3 orders they messed up while we was there. Will not go back to this Wendy’s!!!!!

Stopped here on our way back from fishing on mason lake. It was busy… the dinning room area was kinda messy and tue condiment station was a mess. The employees were nice and the service was ok. The food was hot and fresh tho. I have no complaints. I do understand that sometimes when you get slammed it’s hard to free up an employee to get things cleaned up until after the rush. My dad and I did enjoy our food, like I said it was hot and fresh

Glad to see this as an option for traveling. I was more excited to stop and eat because of the location. Service was lackluster, manager walking around yelling weird things, food didnt take too long but there was no rush in preparation either. Didnt seem everyone knew the menu as I ordered and didnt offer specific options for toppings. The place wasnt busy so it wasnt that they were slammed or anything to make it more difficult than it was.
