I called asking if I can put in a order for 40 chicken nuggets the employee said “no you have to come in for that” then i proceeded to ask another question when the gentleman hung up and cut me off! Food is good. But when the employee at the drive through walks away with the credit card and away from my sight, that is a HUGE red flag and disrespectful to the customers. I don’t need fake apologies, save them for the next one. Not coming to this location ever again, it costed me my peace 0f mind.

Lady working at 1am on Sunday February 15th was incredibly rude. Rushed me and lied to me about when they were closing. The Website says 2am. Terrible customer service. She should have a better attitude next time or don’t work late times. I don’t want to give any stars but I have to give one.

Sat at the drivethough order screen for over 5 minutes, with no cars in front of me. No one ever came over the speaker to take an order. While I understand these are minimum wage jobs, your business won’t make any money if the employees refuse to even take an order.

It literally takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge me when im inside. 10 minutes just to order. Then another 10 for a biggie bag. Constantly understaffed lines out the door. I actually worked at wendys in Racine on Washington as a teen. Its sad to see adults working this poorly i remember our wendys wining awards for being fast. Wendys quality and customer service has greatly declined while prices keep going up $3 dollars for one sandwich ?? No wonder Wendy’s is not doing well and people are not eating here. This will be my last time going to any wendys and the funny part they just opened one right by my house.

This was a pretty good Wendy’s. I got a 6 dollar biggy bag with a double stack cheese burger and regular nuggets and fries. Oh and a Dr. Pepper. Delicious.

I was a walk-up customer – I arrived late Saturday afternoon. There were 6 cars in the drive-up and 4 customers waiting for food inside. I was able to step right up and place my order – one Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe and one Jr. Cheeseburger, plus two milks.
I ordered this at 5:57 – note time stamp on receipt photo and clock indicating a time of 6:13 – at which point I still hadn’t received my food.
Note the second photo – 6:21 – taken immediately after receiving my food.
I started walking toward Humboldt Park, pulled out the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and it was cold. I tried the Jr. Cheeseburger – same story.
This franchisee has clearly given up. All the time I was there, the kitchen was in hot-mess mode, one employee stepped out for a break and nobody seemed to care that it took them 24 minutes to put together an $8.00 order of poorly made food.
I complained online requesting I be contacted, and as of today, have received no response.
A pathetic performance, all around.
