When asked if I wanted to upgrade to a large, I wish they would have said that you’re paying for a large container but you’re only getting a small. I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich and a large potato thins. My potatoes are ice cold. And I’m missing the other half of them. I’ve never had a problem with this Wendy’s but today you guys are off. You can’t take people’s money and charge them for a large and give them a small inside a large package. It’s wrong. You should be able to see this and see that this isn’t right. It needs more potatoes. I also asked for extra honey on my sandwich and it’s dry as a bone. So I waited for 10 extra minutes to be disappointed with my sandwich and my potatoes. I paid $10 for my meal

Bad customer service from the drive thru person at around 3:15pm . Why place an order online with “drive thru ” option if later on we will be told that mobile orders are to be picked up in the lobby. When in the first place our order wasn’t even made since the drive thru person asked (*snarky tone*) if we were even in the right location. If ya’ll were behind & hadn’t made the order than say that , instead of acting very rude in the way you interacted with my husband. We decided to order Wendy’s since it’s closer to home but next time we will skip this location.

I always come at night and the tall man who says “order when you’re ready” with his angelic voice is amazing. He makes my experience at wendy’s worth wild. He always has the correct order and comes out timely. Thank you for hiring someone as great as “Cam” We love you Cam!

Our trip to our local Wendy’s was less than stellar. A month ago everything was outstanding. HOT fries, order was accurate, workers were nice. But this evening could have had me at urgent care. When a customer asks for the Removal of something from a sandwich, it could be more than a taste preference. It could be health related… i.e. a food allergy! No Onions was requested and was also printed on the slip…. thank goodness I Always check before eating my food. This would not have ended well! And your fries were barely warm and turning chewy. Step Up Your Game, Oak Creek!

Dave’s Single: As a teenager there was a Wendy’s just down the street from our house and one ramification was the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger became a staple in my diet (usually after sport practices). Not that I don’t like Wendy’s, but I know for a fact that I have not had a burger from there since before the pandemic. Going a step further, it has been so long since I’ve specifically eaten a “Dave’s Single” that it was called a “Classic Single” the last time I had it (roughly 10 years ago). I was craving a burger and Wendy’s had a promotion to get the sandwich for just $1, so I figured there was no better time to reacquaint myself. Unmodified, the sandwich contains a quarter-pound of fresh beef, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. For a fast food cheeseburger I was impressed. To start with, the sandwich was heavier than I expected it to be and the meat to bun ratio was satisfactory (no “Big Mac Syndrome”). There were plenty of pickles and onions to add a satisfying crunch to it. What I especially loved is that there are not one, but two slices of deliciously melty American cheese. Lastly of note, the burger patty is a distinct square shape that clearly identifies it as a Wendy’s burger. I doubt it will be 10 years before I have another as I’m already contemplating going again. We ordered food and everything was great until we sat down. I heard one of the employees saying that we needed to be kicked out that it was nasty to bring my dog inside. He is a service dog. So clearly the employees need to be more knowledgeable in this regard.
