Had an issue with a manager not making my food fresh. But I complained to upper management and got it resolved right away. Best service and food I’ve had at wendys thanks to the stores GM Angie. Thanks so much for handling the issue promptly and I will definitely be back.

I mean it is fast food so the expectations aren’t high, but oh my goodness this is an awful location. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. Food is usually cold and seems to have been sitting awhile and you are extremely lucky if your order is actually correct. It used to be run much better, now I will drive miles out of my way just to avoid this location if my kids or myself ever have a taste for a Wendy’s burger.

We ordered dinner at this location tonight and while it’s normally acceptable, this was a marked improvement. If you’ve made any changes they are definely in the right direction. Crispy fries, well drained patties for the burgers, well assembled sandwiches.

Changed my review to one star. Hostess waited on everyone except me. Completely ignored me. Worst service ever had at a Wendy’s. And this person has been there for a while, and this happened before from same individual. I complained then and this issue was supposed to have been fixed then. I was standing right in front of the cash register and I’m 5’11” without shoes, over s with. So if she can’t see me literally 4 ft from right in front of her she’s blind. And should not be working there. I didn’t even get a I’ll be right with you, or anything. Worst service ever.

Im giving 4 stars because of the kindness of my heart. Cashier was friendly and food was hot but YOU FORGOT MY BARBECUE SAUCE!!! Do you know how difficult it is to eat fries and nuggets with no sauce? Ruins the whole meal. Im disappointed because the lady was sure to ask me twice. Im not sure why its hard to forget putting sauce in a bag when any 5 year old could do it.

We Like Wendy’s food… but have found that most Wendy”s restaurants are NOT very clean inside so we just use the bathroom and leave. So we decided to try the Wendy’s in New Berlin and found it to be VERY CLEAN and the people were very friendly !
