Tristan, a young man who works the drive-through at this location Was extremely friendly, very patient and willing to explain different options on the menu. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, he ran out of the doors and handed me the sauce that had not been put in my bag! It’s little things like that that make a huge difference. Absolutely wonderful Customer Service.

Ok, it’s been about 5 years since I visited a Wendy’s Restaurant. Back then, the food & service was always a good quality. Well, 2023 – it’s still pretty good! Maybe not a 5-star restaurant quality burger, but the double Bacon Deluxe meal I had was worth the $12. Two patties, bacon, tomato, lettuce, onion, add a Med French Fries and a Med Drink. I chose a Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla! Why not, right!
This Wendy’s replaced a Burger King that diminished in quality and popularity. A good change. I’m guessing Wendy’s (fast food) in general won’t regain its popularity- but this Wendy’s is worth a try!

I really like Wendy’s chicken sandwich and stop often. I found this location recently and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the lobby and ordering counter. They have two self-order kiosks which I liked. The staff were friendly and the food hot and fresh.
But as impressed as I was with the eating area, the men’s room disappointed. There was a missing drain screen in the urinal exposing an ugly rust stain, there was cracked and missing grout in the wall tile, and some white mess was on the wall by the sink. I frequently use fast food rest rooms and don’t understand why they are so often messy and broken down. They are the lasting image I have of the place when I leave.

honestly I think Wendy’s is on a pretty big upswing… but this location specifically has been incredibly well-staffed the people there are so unconditionally nice that it is genuinely surprising!!! for instance there was a day I came right before close admittedly a little too close I didn’t even expect to get served honestly the Hispanic lady who I don’t remember her name of unfortunately serve me anywhere I couldn’t have a frosty though because the machine she said she was cleaning I felt like she was genuinely apologizing that I couldn’t have one which was totally fine like I said it was very late. they’re just genuinely fantastic all around even the young ones that work there.

I always tell my coworkers in Greenfield that this is the best Wendy’s around. The food is always hot, fresh, and just the way it should be. Even if I’m not close by, I’ll go out of my way to come here because I know it’ll be worth it every time. Truly a standout location. A++++++!

Went there for lunch today, and I just want to say, we had the nicest cashier take our order. Her name is Kayla. We walked in, she saw us and immediately asked us if she could take our order. Kayla was so sweet. When we left she said bye to us. Just a nice girl!! You just don’t see that much anymore.

Modern and clean sitting area. Staff was very kind asking how customer’s days were. Wendy $3 breakfast and 4 for 4 are amazing deals. Will return. Great location.

Went and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal on a Thursday at 7:20PM. Checked my sandwich and saw one tomato slice and no lettuce. Took it up to the person and said “just need my lettuce” and she shrugged and said “we’re out of lettuce, sorry”
No signs to tell anyone anywhere that they are out of lettuce. Later, i find my wife magically got lettuce on her chicken wrap though.
Called and was told they are out of “sandwich lettuce” but have lettuce for wraps. Was never offered this as a substitute which I would have accepted.
Don’t go here. Didn’t have faith anyways in this location because Burger King was awful before it. I’ll go to moorland & cleveland for Wendys.
