After waiting in line for 25 mins to get the online order to pull away check and they shorted me items. I waited back in line for another 25 td the gentleman at the window what I was short he seemed so lost and confused about it and we had ro repeat it at least 2 more times to him for him to tell us to pull up when they already had a car parked there was no room to pull up. Then to have an older women come to window and re ask what the issue is was just beyond me. They have no clue what they are doing at this location after 45 mins my foods cold we didn’t even wait for shorted items we were over it by this time. Quality of food is not so hot either I ordered asiago bacon sandwich club no bacon no sauce smashed down. Bacon fries soggy…..never again Wendy’s. This location is just not ran correctly at all!!!! Do better if you want business!!!

Every time we order through DoorDash at this specific Wendy’s, our order is never correct. I have had to drive up there for missing food because we still need to eat and that kind of defeats the entire purpose of food delivery..“Manager” is rude, refused to give me her name or corporates phone number. If I didn’t have the flu, I would have driven up there yet again. It’s getting old. A couple times are orders have been completely wrong even going through the drive thru. Go to a different Wendy’s. Apparently small children run this one.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE AROUND THE EVENING TO AFTERNOON TIME. Me and my girlfriend seemed to be the odd ones out, out of the multiple people that seemed to be on drugs in there. I mean that in a literal sense. We came in for the first time ever and were greeted with nothing but people under the influence. There was people banging on windows, yelling, all the things you wouldn’t expect coming from grown adults.

We went through the drive through at noon today and ordwred chicken strips. The young man at the window was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He did a great job and stood out for his professionalism.

This Wendy’s location is pretty flawless during the day. The food is decent, the employees are really nice and have great attitudes. That being said…I’ve never had a good experience during the night hours, especially the late night. They’re rude and tend to close whenever they feel like it. Should one point out that they don’t close until 1 a.m., they’d be met with some disrespectful attitude that doesn’t line up with any type of customer service. Maybe the night crew has changed, it was been awhile since I tried to go there. Daytime? Fantastic. Nighttime? Dismal and frustrating.
***Side note*** breakfast biscuits are $1 right now. They’re the ones that come with meat, cheese, and egg, too!

On 10-5-25 between 8pm and 815pm I order 10 junior bacon cheeseburgers through the drive thru. I only received 9 I realized I didn’t get a receipt so I went back in to complain asked they told me that they only got 9 jbcs on the order I asked them to make me a new receipt they said they couldn’t as it was broken. Had to buy a new 10 th one pretty sure they charged me for an extra jbcs. Beware shady practices
