I want to start my saying the staff that were working on my visit appeared to be very busy, but way understaffed. Long lines in waiting for service or their orders. I have included a couple of photos of a large liquid spill. So under staffed there was no attempt to clean it up. This is a slip hazard ⚠️. I would have thought that this would have been a priority. The food was about what you’d expect from fast food. Underwhelming, cold fries. Come on

went to this restaurant for dinner and an additional time for a dessert. The staff was extremely rude, quick to argue, and does not know how to count change. The food was hot, and my request for extra ketchup, salt and pepper was fulfilled.

Got the secret menu item, the T Rex burger. Which is 9 patties, 9 cheese, 9 bacon. Finished it I one sitting, one of the best overkill fast food burgers you can get. And the staff was awesome enough to make it. Great location

Manager who took our order was very rude. My best friend cannot have gluten. She just asked if they can do a the sausage, egg, and cheese in a platter. This lady rolled her eyes. No smile just very cold.

Went here tonight for the first time. The light on drive thru menu wasn’t on, so thought they were closed, which they weren’t. They were slow getting orders out, which I expected, so overlooked it. Get to window finally and he tells me total and I had to actually ask for my debit card back after he handed me my food and drinks. I then asked for receipt and he said the printer is broken. Then I get home and try my nuggets and they aren’t regular nuggets they are spicy nuggets, which now my mouth is on fire and I’ll suffer thru the night because of it. Do better Wendy’s!

This Wendy’s has been the WORST experience I have ever had in a Wendy’s, and Wendy’s has been my favorite fast food establishment since 2011 so that’s saying a lot.
Simple order: Junior bacon cheese biggie bag ($5), sauce? BBQ. flashed my frosty coupon. Chocolate or vanilla? Vanilla. To go please.
Rang up for $7.69 and I paid too fast. I look at my receipt while cashier makes my order, oops she charged me for a small frosty instead of the junior coupon.
My name is called and I ask about the junior frosty, she says that’s the coupon size. I mention she charged me for a small. She smirks and asks if I want a small frosty. I say I’d rather have the money. The cashier who turns out to be the manager refunds me my $2.~~
I’m out the door driving away.
My Ginger ale (lime) tastes more like lime soda water. Ok whatever, I can deal with that. 3 of my 4 chicken nuggets look like they were cut in half before getting breaded, so the manager picked out the tiny nuggets for the grown man buying the value bag, FINE.

Ordered thru door dash. When the delivery driver arrived with my order I could tell some of my order was missing. The delivery driver said the lobby was closed so she had to wait for my order in the drive thru. I called the restaurant to ask about the chili for my salad and the extra chili I ordered the person who answered the phone claimed they told the delivery driver they were out of chili. I said the driver didn’t say anything about that. The person on the phone accused me of yelled and hung up the phone on me. Half my order was missing. There were 2 other items I never got to ask about on the phone before the person hung up on me.
