My go to breakfast grub on S Main! The first shift has it all together an usually rite spot on. Never ever really had any problem on the 1st shift at all…..although the nite shift literally never has their act together 3 weeks ago we went an ordered an dined inside. I always get the 3 breast dinner as I did that night. I was told there was a 12 minute wait on beasts and I was ok with that but 12 minutes turned into actually 48 mins from the time we ordered at the kiosk till the time we were actually served with our food. I thought oh well everyone has a off night. I heard I guess who was the manager a short Spanish lady raised Cain at the middle eastern cook. But she did at least make it up to us with extra fixins an extra biscuits an sincerely apologized about our wait time..But really BOJANGLES we went back tonight 1-1-26 and I got my usual 3 breast meal. 5 minutes after we ordered we were informed it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken breasts again smh..Different person in charge was a short white lady but the same cook as b4. And to be honest I usually dont gripe but it was 36 minutes when we finally got our food. Hopefully the day shift manager will see this an get the situation rectified! Bojangles is my favorite chicken but the nightshift really needs to get it together I mean if you spend 30 bucks on a couple chicken meals and fixings and have to wait over 30 minutes yall need to step your game up an offer a desert a drink or a discount or something because this is twice in less than a month we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food an to me personally thats unacceptable!!! We are regulars who come here a lot an never have a problem on first shift ever but a 48 minute wait a few weeks ago from when we ordered our food til we got it then tonight tonight a 36 minute wait an all we got for our wait was a couple extra biscuits..and had to ask for them since we had to wait so long again so come on Bojangles please get your second shift on the ball because its unacceptable period..like I said everyone has an off night once in a while but its everytime we go for supper there that we have to wait 36 to 48 minutes after we order I mean are you waiting on the chicken eggs to hatch the butcher them and then cook them? IDK but its very unfortunate because they got like one more chance and we wont be back!

I visited this Bojangles location today, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-through window for my order: a #15 (leg and two-thigh dinner) with slaw and fries, plus a kids’ Supreme meal with fries. When I pulled off and checked my bag, I tried one fry—and it was awful. It tasted old, like it had been sitting in grease for way too long. I tried another and noticed the fries looked just as bad as they tasted. They did not taste like Bojangles fries normally do.

I turned around and went inside with both orders. Not only were my fries unacceptable, but I also realized they didn’t give me my slaw and even forgot one of the thighs from the “leg and 2 thigh” dinner. When I brought this to the employees’ attention, they tried to blame the mistakes on being “busy.” However, it was only me and one other car there—so that excuse didn’t match the reality at all.

When I asked for fresh sides, the employee at first acted like she didn’t want to replace them. She was eventually nice enough to give me different sides, but the fries I originally received should never have been handed to any customer.

For clarity, the fries in my picture are not greasy from being fresh— they were warm but tasted and looked like they had been cooked earlier and then re-dipped in grease before serving. To make things even more frustrating, when I pointed out the missing thigh, the employee was only going to give me a leg at first until she found more thighs cooked.

All in all, I should have just gotten my $17.59 back. The food was not worth it, the quality was unacceptable, and the service was unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I went here on a late afternoon December 21, and bought a combo meal, two steak biscuits, and fries at the drive through. I was told there would be a five minute wait and to pull up. Five minutes turned into 15, and there was only one customer in the restaurant eating and no one in the drive through. I backed up to the window where there was no one in sight. Finally I called the restaurant and a lady whom I assume is the manager answered. I asked her where our food was, and she said she would get it. She came up there from the back and started cutting the biscuits. She was short with reddish hair and glasses. Then the girl who took the order came up from the back to the window, and I said “where is my order. She said what order?” Then another worker came up from the back and just stood there. The little lady I assume was the manager was making it so obviously they knew they didn’t make it. She never looked at us, spoke to us, or acknowledged us in any way. I received no explanation or apology. Also, the biscuits were hard and dark. The fries were soft and not hot. Why did they all disappear to the back? I don’t get it, and I am amazed the manager didn’t speak to us. A simple apology would have been enough to keep me as a customer. Obviously they knew there was an order because someone had already cooked the steak patties and chicken strips. I will never go to this location again.

Rude! When you work at fast food and think you have some superior authority. Lady in DT was plain ugly. 5 coffees and no drink tray & then made me go inside for them instead of handing them through the window.
0 stars if I could.

I visited this Bojangles on 9/1/25, and the experience was unacceptable. They were out of orange juice, so I ordered coffee instead. When the employee handed it to me, the lid immediately came off and scalding hot coffee spilled all over my hand and lap. I was clearly burned, yet the only response I got was a handful of napkins.

The manager wasn’t any better. She had no idea how to handle the situation, couldn’t find an incident report form, and even asked me to write my statement on a random scrap of paper. I left my name and number and went straight to urgent care for treatment.

Only after I’d been treated did she call to say she finally located the actual form, so I returned and completed it. I was told the regional manager, Kim, would be in touch. It’s now been over two months with no call from the store, no call from the regional manager, and no response from Bojangles corporate despite my reaching out.

The complete lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is absolutely infuriating. I expected better from a company of this size.

Staff is not professional. They could all use a course in communication. Where is the dark haired female manager with the scarf? Where is Ms. Rhonda who greets me so warmly? Time to switch to the Archdale location.

Walked here while car was being checked at Precision, across the street. Staff was friendly, place was clean and food was fresh. This was the first Bojangles I’ve seen with the kiosk thing on the inside!

Extra points goes to the guy behind the counter that said my daughter’s biscuit didn’t look presentable and he got her another one.

Minus points goes to the door that kept flopping over due to the high winds that day. Not the store’s fault but had to mention it!

Family guy meals was half way raw., I posted the pictures in the photos. Was able to return the first meal, got another meal, it was the same way. The cook needs to be retrained on how to cook or be fired, that could make someone sick or even die!!

The bathrooms weren’t clean! I had to clean a table! Drinks aren’t included in the combo! They got an attitude because after waiting in line, then, we were expected to wait 20+ minutes for food! Plus, some employees had nothing over their loose hair! Very unsanitary! We want to eat food, not hair!
