We went through the drive through for breakfast, pulled into a parking space afterwards to eat our breakfast. The sandwich, “Breakfast Baconator” was messy, soggy and over dressed with the Swiss sauce and the fries were Luke warm. Everything was sighed out on the sandwich. My boyfriend went in to see if we can get the food remade, the manager said no problem. He saw the fries get dropped and the old ones thrown away. An employee, didn’t grab a name but it was a woman, who was remaking the sandwich complained very loudly about as the customer, that the sandwhich is meant to be like that, asked if the customer read the menu and the burger comes like this. The manager did nothing as the employee complained and complained about us as customers. The only thing the manager said was the customer came in to ask to food to be remade and sat they quietly as the employee complained, yelled and tried to make us feel bad. We will definitely think about coming to spend our money back,

Everything was exactly as we ordered it, hot and fresh. The drink machine was down, but they were happy to make whatever we wanted behind the counter. Clean store, friendly employees, good service, good food. The Collins road location has messed up our orders far too often, so the 42nd St store is our new favorite.

No other patrons were in the restaurant, yet we waited nearly 7-8 minutes for someone to notice and take our order while workers continued to only filled drive-thru orders. Not a single employee acknowledged us, a group of 6, waiting to order. Both self-service drink machines were out of order, so we again waited nearly 5 minutes for an employee to fill them. The two ketchup dispensers only had enough to fill 3 cups. We gave ourselves 30 minutes to eat but had to wolf our food down in less than 13 minutes. Not a single employee apologized or seemed to care.

The worst fast food experience we’ve ever had. The fries were cold, maybe three selections of soda that was warm, three napkins in the dispenser, both ketchup dispensers were empty.

This Wendy’s was clean, the men’s restroom was clean, the people that had been working while I was there were all super nice. Nothing to complain about for some delicious spicy nuggs and a strawberry lemonade!

Only one employee showed up to work the counter, so it took about 15 minutes to order and get our order. The lady that was working was very nice. I got chicken nuggets which were good.

This is the only Wendy’s in town I will go to! Staff is always super kind and have regularly gone over the top for us! Place is clean and it’s a very relaxing environment for my family!

when I order a a jr bacon stacker with cheese you really think I’m not going to notice there is no bacon then I bring it back up and you take it back only to scoop up some small pieces of crunchy bacon at the bottom of the pan and give it to me that’s nasty as hell!!! Got my refund and herd them talking about my order and they didn’t have any bacon cooked left, like then tell me that!

Food is decent. Staff was friendly but poorly managed it seemed. The place is nice but dining area was dirty. One of to soda despenser was out of order and the other was out of several options. One of the 2 ketchup dispensers was broken and messy and the other was empty. All that aside a $5 biggie bag lunch is hard to beat. It’s a nice newly remodeled restaurant hopefully a owner or manager stops in and gives it some much needed attention.
