I wanted to take my 93yr old grandma out to dinner to a nice place for Christmas with my close family. She insisted on Bob Evans (even against our advice). Overall I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was good. Nice diner menu food that was cooked and prepared well for 8 people. Staff was perfect, friendly and attentive. It was definitely busy, so there was ambient noise but it wasn’t a problem.

Clean restaurant with clean bathrooms. We were seated right away by a quirky friendly man with a sense of humor. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. But my food was only room temperature and I’m a fan of hot food. I ordered a breakfast bowl but oddly enough it came in a deep dish plate. Coffee wasn’t the greatest. Horrible experience. I got the steak tips with mushrooms and onion dinner .. what are joke . There were 8 miniscule pieces of meat 1/2″ x 3/4″ at best.. coleslaw was room temperature and was afraid to eat it. Waitress was horrible . Never even offered deserts just brought the bill and walked away. Crossed the parking lot and had to eat at McDonald’s because I was starved. Extremely expensive for what you get. Great place to go if you want horrible service

Ordered for delivery. Spent almost $92. I don’t know who makes the to go orders, but it can’t possibly be the same person who makes it in the restaurant. It’s like a night and day difference. My wildfire chicken salad has very little lettuce in it, it’s like straight spinach. Both country fried steaks were soggy. I love Bob’s, but I have never been so disappointed in their food. (No picture of country fried steak because my dad took my mom’s and just worked through eating it.) Breakfast sandwiches were cold, but i also understand we had it delivered.
