I stopped here while traveling through the area. It’s not too far off of I-80, and is visible from the road, so it’s in a great location. It was around 1pm, and decently busy inside. The cashier, a middle aged guy, with shorter blonde hair, was super friendly, and was running around, trying to keep the lobby clean and organized. My food was correct, and was fresh and hot. The lobby was clean. The bathrooms were very clean.

*Stellar Customer Service* I used the drive-thru today to simply order a coffee. The woman at the window was amazing. She was totally focused on me, the customer, which is rare. She greeted us with a big smile and energy in her voice, leaned towards us just a bit that added to her friendly manner, handed us the coffee, and said not to forget next time that coffee is free for seniors over 55. She then told us to not forget they had a breakfast special, a 2 for 1 deal. I always watch for good customer service, and she was the perfect example of how to provide it. I will definitely go back to this Wendy’s because of this woman. We need more like her!

I went thru drive thru and ordered a number 2 which is the baconator meal. I got a whopper instead of what I ordered. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it single double or triple not was I asked what size I wanted. And the employee at the drive thru was so quiet that I could barely hear her.

Didn’t get to order. the person at the drive through was abrupt and rude and didn’t enunciate well enough for us to understand between drink and dipping sauce then proceed to get grumpy when we miss understood and started snapping at us.

Presentations looks awful, and it gets worse once opening the messy lid to find old burnt pieces of bacon, tomatoes look like they wasn’t cut professionally just gave me the skins of the slices. Picking and flicking pieces of burnt bacon and discarding of the tomatoes I still managed to eat the rest of the salad did my girlfriend bought for me. She also posted up a separate review cause even her order wasn’t prepared correctly.
Took a chance on trying something simple and still was disappointed. I never order from, only do pick ups for doordash customer’s… I’d hate bring them food that looks like my simple salad did ♂️

I would’ve given them a “0” if possible. I don’t typically give public reviews, but this place is awful, don’t waste your time. We waited fifteen minutes with no one in front of us. A couple of employees looked at us but didn’t acknowledge or say a word and continued sacking, unsacking orders and shuffling food to trays, etc. Clearly untrained and poorly managed. After twenty minutes we left without ordering.

Went thru the drive thru, our order did get messed up but it was probably our fault (we had a lot of people in the car, all talking) but when we went inside to fix it the men working were really patient, nice and helpful. Everything got fixed
