The lady that was working the drive through on February 26 2026 at 7 am took my order I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese crossiantwhichs and she was very dismissive when I pulled up to the window it was just bacon on a crossaint I told her I didn’t order this she told me I’d have to pull around again I did and she tried charging me for a sandwich I already paid for. When I tried explaining she wouldn’t listen and would not approach the window.

We swing by here for an early lunch on a regular basis and our food is always fresh and made correctly. The only thing I’d improve here is making the parking area cleaner. Thank you for always remembering my plain burger!

Absolutely horrible experience, so I chose to door dash my order,why did I do that Anyway food was frosted with ice, I mean everything was below temp , the chicken fried were shriveled up hard and nasty , cold fries and cold burgers. But the kicker is I called the store, the individual lied and stated my order did not come from their specific store. So I called the other location the manager very unprofessional , didn’t even answer the phone correctly and didn’t care to listen to my situation, she hung up on me . I presented this to home office and they did absolutely nothing about it . Terrible way to conduct business that’s probably why all the restaurants around both locations can have a line 2 miles long and no one will think to patronize these stores , they will probably be closed soon and good riddance.

Fastest place in town. I take lunch breaks around 11pm. This BK is always open and always extremely fast. It’s unusual that I have to wait more than 60 seconds for food. It’s incredible. And I order a burger without pickles so it isn’t like they can just grab one that’s already been made. The only complaint is there was an absolutely obnoxious Spongebob message that played when you pulled up to the screen. It was horrendous but luckily the employees knew that and tried to stop the message before it played.

When I’m in town, this is one of my favorite places to get a vegetarian burger. The BK Impossible burger is good, and at this particular BK, the ingredients are usually fresh, and the fries and onion rings hot. Drop by! Say hi! The staff are pretty nice too!!!

Managment here is horrible. I come in to eat and I over hear them yelling at there employees like they are trash. I can go ahead and say these employees are not paid enough for this kind of behavior. Wouldn’t blame them if they all walked out. Especially the GM lady. She’s the worst one of all.

I’ll give 3 stars but only because the lady at the window was super friendly. The breakfast yesterday was awful, the french toast sticks weren’t cooked all the way and one of them was so small it reminded me of a shoesting potato. Lunch today was worse. My whopper was luke warm at best and the lettuce was brown.

This is the new medium french fry. I am so tired of inadequate service! No they weren’t spilled in the bag. They just half filled the container. I had to wait 5 minutes for the person to get back to me to take my order. No one in line! I know better than to leave without checking my bag. Ever since COVID, drive thru’s have maintained low standards. This is why I would rather spend a little more money at restaurants that offer better service. Thanks Burger King for reminding me why I haven’t been there in a while.
