Tony the manager on duty has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru a couple of cars was in front it took about 20 minutes to get to the order screen they then told me to hold on which was fine they then cleared all cars from the drive Thu and I continued to set with no one taking my order for approximately 20 more minutes then get to the window and got the food approximately 10 minutes later . Start to check the food but pulling off because they let the drive thru build up so bad and didn’t want to hold them up. Finished checking the food it was wrong and cold went in to get what was ordered that was missing and he tried to hand me 1 piece of bacon for two burgers that was cold and even colder from waiting for him to fix it after standing in line inside for another 15 min I then just asked for a refund because it was so bad he then remade it and remade it again wrong only adding cheese this time. I did not have time to go through it again so I just went across the street To McDonald’s and got a bacon burger without cheese. I never asked for Cheese so I’m not sure how my order was wrong twice unless it was intentional the second time.

My order was wrong for the second time this week. My whopper was missing half of the patty I asked for no onions and they put onions on both sandwiches and no cheese when I asked for them to put cheese. There was only one person working on front line during the dinner rush. He was having to do drive thru front cashier and expedite the orders. Although he was trying his best to get everything done in good time. And He was really friendly and polite.

Surprisingly, this Burger King was clean behind the counter and in the dining room. I say surprisingly because not many fast food restaurants are clean in the dining rooms.

Very friendly guy took my order. The music was horrible elevator music. The place was dirty, only two table occupied. The kids working were very loud in the kitchen. My chicken sandwich was very dry, fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them, but the tea was delicious
