Gentleman taking the order was nice. That’s the only reason for 2 stars. Food was cold. Not even made correctly. A Chicken BLT biggie bag with no tomato isn’t hard to ask for… Receipt is correct, but I understand reading is hard.

It took nearly 15 mins, and it cost nearly $20 for two sandwiches, one of which was missing the main aspects of the sandwich, and a large fry. The pretzel pub chicken sandwich didn’t have the cheese sauce that it claims, and it didn’t have the pretzel bun. What it did have was about 4 servings worth of honey mustard in place of the cheese sauce. 2 vehicles behind me in the drive through got their food before me as I waited. So at least mine was fresh…I think.

We did a drive through order. Order our food, get to the window and they tell us to pull ahead. We ask if we can wait until another car comes up behind us. They tell us no, they are clearing out the timmer. So worried about number there is no customer service. Terrible. Sandwiches we sloppy and very messy.

Giving this location one star because it is very understaffed to no fault of the employees and the inside of the restaurant was VERY dirty. There wasn’t a single clean table and there was pieces of old food all over different areas of the dining area. I have never in my life seen a fast food restaurant this dirty. The floor was greasy everywhere you walked, there was grease buildup on the side of the fryer. The employees were very nice and helpful and doing their best but this is a shame! Wendy’s corporate needs to do something and get this location some help and get it cleaned up. Food should not be made in a place that dirty. It’s begging for rodents and roaches.

Ordered in the drive up asked for a baconator and small fries.. the order person must need a hearing aids because he heard baconator and baconator fries. Then they didn’t even give me the fries. I had to wait for someone to come back to the window and ask for them and show them my receipt to prove I was charge for them. I would recommend better training and a little better customer service

The lady at the speaker at breakfast always seems to have a hard time to do her job, she always has a problem talking, gettin me my right order, not paying attention to me ordering at the speaker, she got my order wrong after I repeated it and she just seems like something is wrong with her it’s horrible service everytime I go.

Chicken on the Caesar salad was dried and crusty. Couldn’t eat it. Hamburger was good. Feet stuck to the floor. It was gross!

I never got a chance to taste the food, waited in the drive-through so long I finally got up toward the window to pay and the girls are busy chatting with somebody they knew so I just drove off. It shouldn’t take 15 to 20 minutes to get a bag of food through a drive-through.
