Best Wendy’s in a truck stop. Friendly staff especially the cashier that took my order. He has one arm and was out working most of the staff. He was absolutely the friendliest cashier I’ve dealt with in a long time. Bro needs a raise. Good fresh food, clean, fast service. Wish more places could be like this. Keep it up

I always have such an amazing experience at the Wendy’s near Avoca, IA! Every single time I stop, the team is friendly, fast, and upbeat. The food is always fresh and hot, and I’ve never once had a wrong order — which is pretty impressive! It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Easily one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to!

We went through the drive thru and Billy was the gentleman who took our order, he was extremely pleasant and as my husband said “he was the man!!”
It was the best sandwich either one of us have ever had from Wendy’s! You could tell they cared about our food and that makes all the difference! Would definitely stop by here again the next time we come through!!

I ordered at the kiosk a simple tender combo and slowly watched as other people got their order then when I waited long enough I went to the counter wasn’t acknowledged only told someone would help me soon as I saw the other workers talk and walk around too many kids working here

Me and my family went on a road trip and stopped here to get some lunch there were ten of us and we spent about $75 and the workers refused to give a sauce without paying 50 cents first they were not accommodating at all and there customer service was short

This is my first ever fast food review. I think this whole crew deserves it as I went in there Sunday around noon and they were packed of people. They had a line of 15 cars at least in the drive-through. The line inside did move a little slow, but the customer service from the gal behind the calendar was amazing with how busy and chaotic it was. Food came out super fresh, and I was more surprised by how many people had gone in and out of that restaurant and the time we sat down and ate. Walking in with nowhere to sit, to it being completely empty in 20 minutes showed what a great team this location has. We do not eat a lot of fast food, but we do drive from Omaha to Des Moines a lot and I think this will be a regular stop.
