Alright so I was craving some spicy chicken nuggets after a shift after work. Not asking for much. Instead an attempt on my life was made. I grab a nugget, take a bite and I almost thought I was eating a compacted fried piece of toilet paper covered in bread crumbs. I was actually disgusted. They didn’t even have the decency to make me wait for new nuggets. I could tell they were at least 2 hours old and that they weren’t even fried throughly. Completely inedible. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review but that was honestly disgusting.

I came to order food but the employees specifically an older woman with grey hair was cussing & screaming at a truck driver at the dominos next to the Wendy’s calling him slurs & using harsh profanity. The truck driver was not in the way of the entrance or exit at all & her screaming at that man for no reason was unnecessary. She made the establishment look racist & horrible costumer service.

They are reheating fries throwing them back in grease. Yuk. Microwave burger it was rubbery. This place has gone down hill badly. Customer service horrid. Went through drive thru. Pulled over to eat. Lucas, who took my order and helped me at the window was very helpful. He was also informative about the Wendy’s deals on the mobile app. It’s refreshing seeing that kind of customer service at a fast food establishment because you really never get that anymore. Will for sure be returning!!

Manager seriously rude to me and a worker all because I asked for sour cream and butter with my baked potato, told me I’ll have to pay for it when it normally comes with it , won’t be back to this location and probably stop eating Wendy’s all together because I’m over the rudeness every other day when I spend good money. The food was ok. The staff behind the counter were not trained very well. They had a new sandwich and nobody could tell us what was on it.

I would say this location is one of the better ones I have visited. The food is always fresh and is given out quickly. They work really hard at getting it out at a reasonable speed. We have only had one problem out of this location. They didn’t get my husband’s order right (just a cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only), and it caused some problems. But other than that, they are pretty good.

Disrespectfully and over all disappointed on how staff can be trained so badly. Place is fitly didn’t even have the decency to change out roll of toilet paper . Went though drive through gave me wrong receipt after getting into a disagreement about what was ordered. Manger got loud and un professional. Forgot straws fries and some. Don’t come here unless you want to be severd like pigs. And not to mention we was the only car in line.
