Highly recommend! Every dish was divine. Lovely selection of dishes with a wide variety of spice level. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Booked a table with some friends Fri 28th having heard amazing things about the place however it was not the experience we expected. Booked for 7:45pm and arrived and was told to wait a minute. Several minutes go by until we follow up by asking the man how long till we might be seated in which we were told 20 mins. Given that info we crossed the road to the pub and told them we will be back in 20. 20 mins later we are told to continue waiting. It was now 8:45 when I asked the gentleman behind the bar when we could expect to be seated as we were all hungry and couldn’t wait around all night to eat. We then were finally seated at 9pm and ordered straight away and in fairness the food was absolutely amazing. No complaints there. But the way they dealt with whatever situation they had going on there was completely unprofessional. No clear time as to when we could be seated, not once were we offered a drink while we wait, and no apology for the wait and blunt rude answers. Real shame as the food was delicious just needed the service better.

The food was excellent and I would highly recommend ordering food as a take away from the Curry Palace. BUT our waiter was most unfriendly and stood over us as we put on our coats waiting to clear our table. We will not be eatting here again.

Peshwari naan hardly had any taste nearly just a plain naan
All the food was nearly cold after a 5 minute drive home, was told a 35 minutes wait so arrived to pick up after 30 minutes. I reckon it was ready after 20 minutes and they obviously don’t keep the finished food in a warm cupboard if they don’t have one they should for compliance.
We did eat it as we were hungry, but won’t be ordering again.
Very disappointed as a first time customer who just moved to Cottenham.

Has to be one of the best restaurants in the region. The food is absolutely excellent and the staff are all friendly and extremely hospitable. The portions are big and curries remain in a classic Indian restaurant style which is hard to find now. I am happy that naan breads are served whole here still so remain fluffy, rather than cut up and flattened. The Tawa Shashlick Chef’s Specials are must try dishes! Overall top food and top service, well done to the owner and staff.

We came down from Sheffield to Duxford air show and stumbled across this place. This was definitely the best curry I have ever had in my life. It was busy and clearly popular. We hadn’t booked but because we had come from Sheffield they made sure we got a seat. Amazing service and 10/0 quality food. I will likely travel 100 miles to come here again

Previously a resident of cottenham and would visit here often, they have the BEST Butter chicken, so much so that now we have moved away we still drive up every now and then just to get an order from here ( we moved 1hr45min away) Super tasty food

First time visiting Curry Palace in Cottenham.
Really delicious food with a good menu (lots of options).
The staff were attentive even though it was a very busy evening and there seemed to be some larger groups having parties etc.
Will definitely be coming back again.
