The fresh beef slogan is just that. The hamburger resembled a spread-on meet with blisters, and the fries are surely avoidable. Adding to the miserable food the dirty facilities and trash everywhere makes it easy to understand the absence of customers. This was a first and last for me

We stopped in to grab lunch as we were on the way home from a trip. The (women’s) restroom was disgustingly dirty. It made me seriously question eating there, but we were already stopped and there wasn’t much else around. The food was ready pretty quick, but none of it was hot. The fries were barely room temp. Needless to say we didn’t eat all our food. We were already on the road our I probably would have asked for fresh food (and I’m never one to return food). We won’t be stopping there in the future.

Probably should of turned right around and said “nevermind” when we first walked in the door with our children. The place was absolutely filthy. The service was less than ideal. One of the workers was hovered over the counter on her phone the entire time. No friendly greetings or anything. Food was fine. But we ended up packing the rest of our food and leaving. Will NOT be back to that location.

NEVER AGAIN! The one thing I love about Wendy’s are the fries.. when they’re FRESH. The fries were NOT fresh at all they were cold and chewy. The sandwiches/burgers were both cold like they’ve just been sitting on the warmer. Not happy nor impressed.

Wendy’s is struggling badly. There are two in town to pick from and this is the slightly better one. Order takers are barely doing their jobs, burgers are cold, and the drive thru window employee didn’t even say one single word to me. Come on GM, get your store together!

The food was old from sitting under the heat lamp to long and wasn’t that warm when we got them. The fries were the exactly same way but what was worse the filthyness of the bathrooms and lobby. So much dust caked to everything, the bathrooms had not been cleaned in a long time.

Can’t say I’ve had a drive thru experience this rude in my life. After we ordered the lady said just go instead of the normal please pull around. And generally the cashier at the window will at least say thank you not this one handed me my food and slammed the window shut.
