Went through the drive thru. The female at the window was rude then I get home to eat the large chili I ordered, went to take a bite and as I was trying to scoop it up with my spoon it was heavy and wouldn’t stay on. Well managed to scoop out the large object out and it was burger patty. If I wanted a burger I would have ordered one. Haven’t had chili from there in a couple years but don’t ever recall burger patty in my chili.

Whoever the super tall white girl manager with glasses is, she has a problem. Seems horrible to her female workers. I could note specifically how poorly she talked to the ladies on fries and front (very bossy and short, going back and forth despite customers standing at counter) versus how giggly and unprofessional she was with the boys on crew, allowing them to goof off while sandwiched sit unmade. It’s just disgusting being able to see it so blatantly. I hope the owner acknowledges how unfair it is for the employees. Great food otherwise

The Wednesday meal is a great marketing campaign. The sauces are actually kinda neat being a mystery. The frosty syrup is a little thick. But, not bad one it mixes with the ice cream.

They REALLY VALUED customer feedback and followed through on MUCH NEEDED changes! I needed to edit this review and give this restaurant kudos! I posted a review a number of months ago, talking about the very bad state of the parking lot and drive thru, huge deep unavoidable potholes. In the summer months since then, I have noticed the parking lot has been completely repaved. This is one of few times, where I have voiced feedback to a business and they actually took it seriously and made the necessary changes. This Wendy’s has shown a very substantial degree of care and value for its patrons by taking speedy measures to repair it’s damaged parking lot and saving patrons from some potentially very expensive/unsafe damage to their vehicles. They have shown exemplary business ethics in doing this, as well as the customer friendly attitude and quality of food inside the store have been great too lately. Had some sketchy feelings in the past but things seem to really have turned around for the better here. Price value on food isn’t bad on a lot of things too. And variety of menu for fast food chains is one of the best in town. The staff here are really doing an AWESOME JOB! Keep up the good work!

We love Wendy’s and my most favorite employee there is Jason! He is the most friendly, very professional, kindest worker there! Whenever he takes my order it’s always right (I often ask for no ketchup and if he takes my order there’s no ketchup!) He is also very polite and I really appreciate his service there. I hope they pay him good there because he’s worth a million!

Food was good, service was eh but the big disappointment was walking into the lobby and having to walk through mop water. Not just a little bit of water but literally dumping a bucket of water on floor from entry door all the way to the bathrooms. It was so slippery!!! And gross to walk through!!!

Stopped for a takeout. The store was mostly clean. Sandwiches were tired, looking, and barely warm. Fries were cold and shriveled. We would have taken it all back if we weren’t rushing home.

Tried Wendy’s again and they did not disappoint. Stood waiting for someone to wait on me for 4 minutes.. twice someone came up and “I’ll be right with you and walked away “. The young man walked away and stood looking at the fryers. When I was finally waited in, decided not to get food as it was crappy service. Ordered Boo books and he laughed. “What are those”. What’s advertised in two different places on the counter. “We do t know what those are”. Finally was able to purchase them. The young man snatched the $$ out of my hand. “No one told us there were here. “. They were in the cash register..
