Man if this wasn’t the closest one I wouldn’t come here. There are some really great employees that never seem to have a problem or if they do it doesn’t show. But then others especially this younger girl she just huffs and puffs and sighs all loud and clinches her jaw and it creates a not so pleasant environment. I get that there are unexpected busy moments with the hospital being so close and everything. But there is 6 employees and its a team effort and certain ones act like the whole world is kn their shoulders. My drink hasn’t been consistent not once out of the handful times I been to this location.

I want the entire staff at the boulevard location to just sit in and observe how yall operate because they need lessons. I have never had a single issue here. Special compliments to the girl at the window today who is always so accommodating and nice. I can’t remember her name but she has glasses and light brown hair and wore Christmas light earrings today. Give her a raise.

This is the worse location I have ever been to. Not only are they slow, but today I simply requested an Iced Quad Blonde Espresso in a Venti cup, something I order weekly from other locations, the woman taking my order corrected me by asking if I want a Grande and I said no and explained that I wanted it in the Venti cup so that I could add my protein shake but if it will make it easier then yes and I would like a Venti cup for my protein shake and if she had to charge me for the cup that’s fine. I guess I offended her when I asked if that made sense, she didn’t bother responding and here comes a male voice asking me if I wanted Latte, as if they think I mispoke. Google is free! Use when it doubt.

Listen, I love this Starbucks. It’s my favorite one in town and they make my drink better than the others. But holy mother of God this young lady working today has honestly put me in a bad mood.
She looks so miserable. When she came to take my order she just stared at me. No hello, no what can I get you, just a sour frown and just stared at me lmao. Her name started with an “M”.
I’m like whatever, no big deal, maybe she’s having a bad day they are busy. Well now I’m watching her set the pick up orders down and anything that isn’t a drink she’s just slinging over there. Someones pastry just fell right over the counter and just walked off lmao. Now she’s just over there texting in her phone ♀️

Coffee is great staff not so much. One employee is causing this review for the entire establishment. Ordered on the app wasn’t able to adequately customize the way I needed due to allergy. Went in this morning on 12-30-25 told the young girl at the counter what happened. Management you should check her attitude, I doubt I’m the first one to comment on it so no need to say names. She was slamming cups down rolling her eyes visibly annoyed. Unfortunate way to start your day at 8am

I ordered a cake pop & a coffee. After waiting 25 minutes after I put my order in, I walked up to the counter because the screen said that my order was ready, but it wasn’t on the counter. So I asked the barista, she said that she didn’t see my name come over. I asked the manager, she rudely said that they have no control over the screen. So then, I went back into the line to ask about my drink. The manager had started making my drink, but never communicated that with me. Terrible service.

They didn’t make my drink right. I order same drink every time at different Starbucks’ , and I’ve worked at Starbucks myself before. So I am sure billion percent that my drink was missing stuff. I went through the drive through an as placing my order the girl taking it was rude then an when I got to the window an she started handing me my order an i asked if that was my drink bc it didn’t look like how I normally order. She was rude then an took my drink to add what was missing after I told her I would take it. When she brought it back to the window I told her that I said I would go ahead an take it she rudely said we’ll then why did you say anything in the first place. I asked for the manager an she said rudely im the manger an shut the window on me as I was talking. Worst service ever an will not go back.

They have nice tables to do a little work from and clean bathrooms. Wish the bathrooms had paper towels though, or a door that is push to exit. Only worse thing that touching a dirty door handle is touching a dirty door handle right after you washed your hands clean
