Have gone here multiple times. I don’t think they’ve gotten an order right a single time, when I’m the only car in the drive through too!!!! Gotten regular chicken nuggets/sandwiches and multiple times have gotten the old stale spicy ones that they over made and had been sitting there under the heat lamp for hours. They have you pull forward every time to meet corporate times then you sit there parked for 10 mins and bring old stale food!!!! Not to mention this is still when I’m the only person in line!!! Awful awful awful awful. I get it’s fast food but everywhere else in the area is just fine. Run by crackheads

Did a mobile order and it took over 30 mins of standing at the counter to even have someone acknowledge me and then find that they gave my order to someone else but hadn’t verified with them that they had the right order. Only then did we find out that they were out of stock of some stuff we had ordered. Looked understaffed and didn’t appear to have a manager. I get that they were busy and mistakes happen but there was zero effort put forth until I mentioned how long I had been waiting and showed my receipt.

I ordered carryout through the mobile app. I went in to pick up my order and I opened the bag to make sure everything was right. It isn’t my first time coming to a fast food restaurant. Orders are rarely correct. I was told by the male working with brown curly hair and glasses that I couldn’t open a door dash order. I replied back that it wasn’t a door dash order it was my mobile order that I made off of my phone. He looked at the screen and said no it was a door dash. I told him that it shouldn’t of been it’s my food. He goes on to tell me it’s door dash policy. I told him he didn’t have to yell at me. He said he wasn’t yelling and if I wanted him to tell he would. He did tell me to have a nice rest of my day but it wasn’t the least not sincere. Very rude.. I won’t be back!!! If I did door dash I wouldn’t open somebody else’s food. I posted the receipt. It doesn’t say door dash on it anywhere!

Atmosphere thru drive thru is horrible they all sound like they are mad all the time. You can never get the food you want because they dont feel like making it no matter what time you go they dont have baked potatoes and get annoyed when you ask them if they could make one. The service is awful you get a salad your lucky to get a fork same goes with chilli, you ask for sour cream your lucky if they give it to you once out of the 10 times you come through the drive thru. Worst fast food all around service in Manistee.

Just a year ago, I gave this Wendy’s a 5 star review but I need to definitely change this to a -1. My husband and I have been there twice in two weeks and will never go back. Last week we waited a very long time for our food, but last night we were told they would wait on us when we were able. Which meant 10 minutes of sitting at the speaker.

I was line at the drive-thru last Wednesday, June7, 2023 about 12:301:00. The gentleman came on the speaker and said something very fast about chicken or no chicken and value cups or no value cups….. I had no idea what he had said so fast so I asked him to repeat it and he got very grumpy at me about it, and then I said can I order a large iced tea and he said (In his continuing grumpy voice) is that a value cup and I said well I guess I don’t know what is a value cup. I don’t know! So then he finally tells me it’s about a medium size. He is being so rude and mean I told him no and I left. I usually love to come to Wendy’s and get my salads and my drinks, but not last Wednesday! I drove off because Mr grumpy spoke to me so rudely and also so fast that I didn’t understand what he was saying! He obviously didn’t give me his name as I was trying to get my order in, so it was the person who was on the drive-thru last Wednesday at about 12:30 1:00. He pointed out to me he had told me four times, and each time was in a voice that was so quick I couldn’t understand him. He finally said we are out of cups except for the medium size value cup….. I usually go from my office in Manistee and get a salad from Wendy’s, but I am not feeling that I need to frequent your business in Manistee any more. I’ll have to go to Ludington.

The place is always dirty with a sticky floor. The staff couldn’t be anymore rude if they tried…constantly arguing amongst themselves for the whole dining room to hear. And they’re slow.
