Two visits in a row, I received the wrong items. The price is through the roof and the quality, service and taste are plummeting.
This Wendy’s is in complete disarray. It’s somehow gotten worse than it’s ever been over the past 2 months and it’s only been what, a year or two since this Wendy’s got a facelift and new management?
The employees are rude, I was even once reprimanded by an employee for a mistake *they* made. If you don’t check every single item for errors you have no recourse besides driving all the way back and wasting another 30 minutes of your day.
I’m honestly shocked this place hasn’t shut down yet. I never see anyone in the drive thru and somehow you always need to pull forward and wait 5 minutes even if there are no other cars in the drive thru.
It’s just not worth it anymore.

Blond drive thru girl always has an attitude problem every time I come here. Spent $18 on 2 sandwiches fries and a drink and they gave me the wrong sandwich.
Threw the whole meal away when I realized someone’s hair was on my fries.

I asked for 4-5 ranches because I was spending around $20 on food. I checked my bags at the window and there were no ranches. I then asked the worker for ranches since they put none in and they were insisting that I was lying and handed me 2. Enjoy the 1 star, also, the cashier needs to fix her attitude.

I ordered a chicken sandwich but got a baconator burger instead. They made my sandwich and gave us the burger. My sandwich was good but I prefer mcd’s chicken sandwich.

I spent $50 on food for myself and my 5 kids. I ordered from the drive thru and pulled over after I got the food to make sure it was all there. We were missing a chicken sandwich so we went back through to let them know. A guy came to the window and asked to look in the bag, so I handed him the bag and told him what was missing. He was clearly mad and told us to pull to the side. I parked and my oldest son went in to grab the sandwich. We love 30 minutes away but decided to go to a park to eat. We only drove 10 minutes from their and the fries were cold already and two of the chicken sandwiches were rubbery texture and hard to bite thru, my son’s chicken was a greenish yellow and looked disgusting. I tried to call and talk to the manager but we had no service and they couldn’t hear me when I called.

I went for breakfast this morning 10/12/22. The woman running the drive thru and the young man that brought my food out were excellent!!! However the French Toast sticks & the seasoned potatoes were cold. The baconator was warm and pretty tasty. The cost was over $12, steep for what i got. Overall NOT impressed with their breakfast!!!
The Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was fantastic! The Spicy Chicken Jalepeno Popper was good, but the chicken inside the breading was extremely thin. The fries were not as fresh as we thought they would be after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru.

I placed a pickup order at around 11:20pm, my friend did the same. Both of our orders were confirmed and given an estimated time for pickup; however, when we arrived there was no food to be found. In fact there were no people to be found either! We tried to go in the door, it was locked (which we thought was reasonable) so we pulled through the drive through. There was a lady ahead of us who seemed to be taking her time ordering, so I went around her to the window. No one ever showed up to the window, and the lady in the car behind me pulled out of the drive through and left (without food). I’m pretty sure the same thing happened to her. So we figured we would go back and see if we could get anyone to talk to us on the speaker. We sat at the speaker, talking to it for about five minutes. It was clear no one was going to answer so we pulled over to the side and were trying to figure it out. That’s when we spotted a lady inside wearing one of the headsets peak her head around the window. She knew we were there. We laughed it off and went back to the window, then the intercom, with no success. So while we sat at the window I called the wendys again. I heard it ring from my car, and no one came to pick it up. I called several more times, as we thought this was hilarious.
Finally, it became to much. We started pleading with the intercom, begging it to tell us what was going on. After a minute or two of saying things like “we know you can hear us, we saw you. We just want an explanation. Where’s our food.” A lady FINALLY answered us. And we were greatly disappointed in what she had to say.
She alleged that nothing came through to her screen notifying her of the orders. HOWEVER, my friend and I both used different means of ordering our meals. I used doordash with the pickup option. It clearly said that the order had been processed, CONFIRMED, and even made. It said that it was waiting for me hot and ready (perhaps I should have ordered pizza). My comrade used the wendys website to place his order. He was also given a confirmation.
We believe she was attempting to deceive us in an attempt to get out of work early. This is the conclusion we have come to.
After our hour long arduous journey, we left in dismay, defeated and dejected. We tucked our tails between our legs and trudged our way to Wesco. To be saved by the grace of buy-one-get-one donuts. It’s not what we wanted but it’s better than nothing. Refunds for our orders have not yet been received.

A burger that was ordered from Wendy’s was still raw. They seem to be improving in taking orders, because they used to mess then up all the time. Most of the staff there seems really friendly, though!

Late night run just for French fries for grand-babies, fresh fries but found a few still very cold. Not sure how that happened. But it was all good and taken care of.

Food was so-so. The counter staff was running around and couldn’t serve so we had to wait. Then when the food came, the chicken was alright but the fries were burnt. Overall its ok but considering this is a fast food restaurant I think it didn’t really meet the time factor. Otherwise would have been a four star.
