I cant thank the staff and Rosy enough at this restaurant. Tonight 12/13 they served us for our MNO of 43 amazing women. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all takin great care of. Food was amazing as always and the desert….dont even get me started. I wanted to bring 10 more home and hide it from my family!!! Lol

Its Tuesday, must be time for tacos and this place didn’t disappoint !! Had never been here before, its a good 15-min drive directly east of home. The chicken fajitas tacos (with perfect refried beans and rice) was the Daily Special today and the small carton of spicy lime garlic hot sauce was a pleasant surprise. Arrived here just before 2pm following my workout. Had a very small breakfast so I was good n’ hungry upon arrival. Ate all of this wonderful late lunch !!

Had a great experience at my first visit to Rosas Mexican Cocino! Sahara was an amazing server and the entire staff were inviting and friendly… Food and drinks were amazing!! I was very impressed to find this place in Terrell… I definitely recommend and will be returning. Cocktails were high end and very good.

Jaci was wonderful!!! Very kind and attentive. The food was so good!!! I had the stuffed avocado with shrimp. I’ve never had anything quite like it and it was delicious!!! The beans and rice had great flavor too. I also got the strawberry tres leches cake and it was sooo good!! So different too. The back room on the way to the restrooms was very nice. The outside seating looked so nice too and I think it would be nice to sit out there one evening as well. I’m not from the area, but I will definitely be back.

We had my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Rosa’s on Saturday. The wait staff was so attentive to everyone’s needs. The fajitas were so delicious. The meat was flavorful. The ingredients were fresh and everything was made from scratch. Everyone loved their meal. The atmosphere was very welcoming and beautiful.

I had a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff was welcoming and made the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell the owners really care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. Everything we ordered came out quickly and tasted amazing. I dropped into Rosa’s last night while traveling. I ordered the Parrillada Grande. The meal comes with shrimp, beef, chicken, and sausage on a bed of grilled onions. Everything was cooked to perfection! I also ordered an Old Fashion from the bar. As you may know, old fashions can be hit or miss. The bartender Zach nailed it! In fact, he nailed the two after it also, lol. Overall, great food, great service, and great atmosphere! Definitely on my return list.

This is our second term to visit. It will definitely be our last. The queso is not real cheese -gross. The music is Mexican club music -yikes! The cheese on the taco is Velveeta or American processed cheese. Definitely a note to warm salsa. Overall poor quality food. It’s very neat and clean, and the servers are prompt and attentive.
