Oh let a manager read this! I’ve been to this Wendy’s five times lin four weeks as I do frequent airport runs. The first time I was there the order was completely wrong although I had the man read it back to me. He read it back to me correctly but yet what happened between second window and first window? Order was half completed and we had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to do their job. The other four times I was there not much beter “we’re closing early because it’s just myself and the assistant manager.”. “our coffee machine is down and so we’re closing early!”. Fourth time… closed at 815pm! And tonight “I’m sorry ma’am but we’re closed and but I don’t know why.”. Stop wasting your time and your money Wendy’s, and shut this worthless location down immediately. I wanted to give you money. Five times! But nobody knows why your store is closed at 9:00 p.m…. give this one a Miss: McDonald’s and Arby’s are right down the street.
