Everything about my experience was decent. Working in fast-food is hell, and lacking quality during lunch and dinner rushes is to be expected, to a degree. I’d suggest coming before or after the rushes for best quality.

Ordered a bacon double stack only ketchup was put on wrong tray so needed remade, the remake was made with everything so I asked for another remake only to get it made right and bite into pink raw hamburger I will never return, also they got homeless sleeping in the lobby when I mentioned it they just shrugged there shoulders and went on about there business worst establishment of Wendy’s I’ve ever been in, highly recommend avoiding this location

SO ANNOYED! Almost EVERY single time I come here for breakfast they are out of biscuits and I have to wait while they make more. I could understand if I showed up at 10:25 but I came at 9:30 an HOUR before breakfast ends. I will never understand WHY these places run out of things. If there’s a few of an item left PREPARE MORE! And the worst part is the cook looked at the screen and still didn’t put the biscuits in until several minutes later.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru on November 16 around 11:00 PM. The woman taking orders had a very nasty attitude, like she was upset that customers were even there. There was absolutely no hospitality or basic courtesy in the way she spoke.
Customer service matters, even late at night. The way she interacted made the experience uncomfortable and honestly made me uneasy about ordering food at all. No customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected just for placing an order. Management really needs to address this, because attitudes like this drive customers away.

When I tried to place my order in the Drive-Thru I was told they were only taking online and app orders. I didn’t go to Business School but I’m pretty sure if you refuse to serve customers at your drive thru because they didn’t already order it is bad business – you are losing money.

Ordered through door dash, ( ordered a baconator combo and a jr choc frosty) we got the food and the fries were ice cold, my frosty was vanilla (gross), no straw or spoon for the frosty/drink. And to add the cherry on top my boyfriend woke up with food poisoning not even 4 hours later after his sandwhich. Was puking from 2am-5am. Definitely don’t recommend, disgusting and disappointing.

Placed an order for pick up. Went to get it and they didn’t have it. Checked my email and it was picked up shortly after order was placed. When I went to call multiple times no one answered and their phone is on “restricted phone usage”

The staff at the Michigan St Wendy’s are always polite and helpful. I appreciate how nice they are to customers. Orders are accurate, food is hot. I use drive thru at this location a few times a month.
