I was really looking forward to my favorite meal from Wendy’s—chili with cheese and onions. Unfortunately, this time it was very disappointing. Instead of the usual fresh diced onions sprinkled on top, I found huge slices of onion hidden at the bottom of the cup. The pieces were so big it made the chili almost impossible to enjoy.
The man at the register was very friendly and helpful (he even sold me 7 Boo Books, which I appreciated), so I can’t fault the service. But the way the chili was prepared ruined what is normally my go-to meal at Wendy’s.
I really hope they go back to the diced onions on top—because when it’s made right, this is one of the best menu items!

Dined in with my family and we were shocked, the tables all dirty floors sticky, even the windows were gross. I can see some mess maybe a short handed staff but this looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month.

My food was made incorrectly, did not receive any spoon or straw for my drink. Workers seemed annoyed that people were there, and I could hear employees complaining. I know in food service it’s important to hit a certain time, but that doesn’t mean you should treat customers rudely. Fries were hot so that was great!

Sweet girl at the register taking our order and putting up with my partners rambling about non existent options.
Meanwhile the floor was coated in grease, so that it was hard to stand upright.
Highly recommend driving thru.

The absence of a manager was evident.

Manager was extremely professional and knowledgeable did an amazing job taking my order and helped me with an issue in the women’s bathroom and the district manager was there and she was very professional and knowledgeable and very polite and courteous hard working and is taking steps to make this Wendy’s a great Restaurant and I really enjoyed my experience recommending this Wendy’s restaurant if ever in the area all employees were very professional and great.

Average wendys but there has been 2 times where i place a mobile order and when i come to the drive thru they say they are closed but end up making my food anyways, since it was a mobile order, Not sure why you would be closed without turning those orders off. This morning was the most recent event

The food is fine but I went there at about 8:30 nobody else was in line so there was no reason for them to be rushing me and my order. They didn’t get my order right which was literally just 2 breakfasts, because they wanna rush me and they were very rude. I’m a GM at a restaurant myself, where I work this isn’t tolerated, rushing customers makes you lose out on the rest of their order therefore $. Whenever we go at night their very polite and don’t rush us whatsoever. This morning before I was even done she just told me my total. Like I said there was no other customers the parking lot was practically empty, absolutely no reason or excuse for that behavior. I’d rather just go to the McDonald’s right by here than be rushed and treated like that as a paying customer.

Visited Wendy’s on East Sherman at 1:23p.m., 1-2-2021…..disappointed again. Warm fries, warm classic asiago chicken with a slimy little piece of lettuce and bacon that had been sitting all day which was hard and chewy. Rootbeer had no zip to it. I give up!
