Ordered 36$ worth of food and drinks through grub hub. Driver arrives with 1 drink that I didn’t even order. Says when he got there to pick up my order they told him that was it. Clearly wasn’t 2 drinks and food. And when you try calling Sonic no one wants to answer their phone.

I am absolutely appalled. Not only did we wait well over 10-15 minutes for our order but when we finally got our order it was completely wrong. We were missing a proper Burger from our order which they gave us a burger that we didn’t even order in place of that. And honestly the customer service is just piss poor. I called them over five times and only once did they answer. The employee on the other line seemed highly incompetent even though I asked her for the manager’s name multiple times. I had to yell. Excuse me to get her to even reply to me on the phone again. I just don’t even know how to describe this experience. Other than this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any eating establishment. They refuse to give us a refund. I will be adding pictures of this sloppy looking atrocious burger that they gave us instead of the one that we actually ordered, which had two bottom buns instead of one of each. I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone.

On Sunday I went to this fine establishment after driving home from Cleveland. I spent almost $60 for tons of food to be missing. I walked to the front to tell them where I was met with the rudest young manager who said there’s nothing I can do deal with the app. What do you mean there is nothing you can do. Fix the problem where she said it’s cold and slammed the door in my face and walked away. I have never been treated so poorly. I contacted the “app” where they offered me $10 gift card for my inconvenience. Umm no I want refunded for the huge amount of missing items. Inconvenience is for getting napkins and sauce. Whole drinks and meals is half my order. Adding a door being slammed in your face is a whole new set of self restraint I have never felt before. DO BETTER

I got an Oreo Cheesecake shake from the Drive-Thru. I drove away and took a sip, and the shake was absolutely disgusting. My wife tried it and spit the shake out, then almost threw up in the car! We think that maybe an ingredient was expired or the milk that they had used in the shake went sour. My wife and son both ordered Sonic Blasts, which were fine. We turned around and went back to the Drive Thru to get a new shake. We let them know the issue, and they replaced the shake with no questions asked (got a regular Oreo instead this time). However, they told me that their customers just don’t like the taste of the cheesecake. If your customers are telling you that something is wrong with the cheesecake… there’s something wrong. I LOVE cheesecake and have had this shake at other locations and it’s always been great. They acted upset that I had come back and asked for a new shake, and when they gave me the new shake they seemed to be irritated. I won’t be back to this location.

FOOD SAFETY WARNING
Picked up a delivery order the other day. They handed me a shake with an exposed top. The hole on the top isn’t small either. I asked for a sticker to put on the top. They giggled and said no as they closed the drive thru window. I let the customer know and sent them the picture. The customer was upset about it as well.
The approach and reaction about food safety has my really concerned and it has me wondering what other shortcuts they’re taking inside with the food. Because of what I experienced and how they reacted, I’ll never order food at Sonic again.
I’m writing this warning to let everyone know. If you get sick after eating this food, then there’s a reason for it.

Order was quick, but corn dogs were over done and dry, their chili cheese tots were hard and dry with a glop of chili. However, the Banana Shake was excellent.

First time eating at a Sonic. Double bacon cheeseburger was awesome! Also had mozzarella sticks, jalapeno cheddar poppers, onion rings, chocolate shake. All good. Will definitely be back.

I’m not from Ohio I just moved here about 5 months ago and usually I go to the one on olantangy and boy are they night and day I order online and go through the drive thru I pre ordered my food and it still wasn’t ready then I asked them if they could mix the hi c and sprite and was told we don’t do that uh okay I get to the window and she asks my name again WHY would you have me pull up as if you knew the name of my order if you didn’t already have it pulled up okay any waysi wait about 6more mins on a pre made order I get my food and order a hi c for my kid who’s not gonna drink straight sprite cool I go back and do the same thing give my name and then a random girl not Addison the one with the headset on comes to the window to ask my name and what I ordered you don’t have a headset on so why are you bothering customers in the drive thru after we played the huh game(wanting a customer to yell when they are speaking in a loud enough tone is absurdity at its finest next time I’ll make you walk in the cold to my car door so you can hear me)Addison came with my hi c and the girl called me rude you all do know you could be making tips right little things go along way and now I’m going the long way to Olentangy it wasn’t nothing big it’s just I know customer service and they don’t have it not well enough to generate the tips that are in Polaris and that’s sad I see why it was empty
