Customer service has significantly declined. When we first moved here about a year and a half ago, there was a lovely family running this location who were very polite. Now, the person over the speaker and at the window sound like they want to strangle you. Not even excused by a bad day, it’s every time we come. Need better customer service training. Makes customers want to come back less, it’s not hard to be bare minimum polite (and this is coming from someone who’s worked several fast food places.)

Additionally, mistakes with being given the wrong food. Didn’t notice until we were home because the rest of the order looked correct. Double checked receipt, correct item was ordered but incorrect item given.

What’s even worse is that they won’t tell you your total. Not at the speaker, not at the window. We asked, and she rudely said we’d get the receipt later, instead of just letting us know the number that was on the screen in front of her. Not sure if this was a corporate order that she was following, or personal laziness.

As with most fast food in Muskegon they have issues with consistent shopper experience due to the available labor force. It is now customary to scrutinize the order delivered to you before leaving. And also, most fast food I’ve realized have turned into a kiosk type environment and they don’t really appreciate anybody eating in the store.

Long wait….food on floor and dirty tables you say I’m dining in but food comes in a bag to go …for the price of the food we should get better. If there is a burger king, McDonald’s or Wendy’s I’m doing Wendy’s, all because of bad experiences at burger king and McDonald’s is expensive for the food value…so come better Wendys

Employees are so kind so helpful when they got our order wrong they immediately placed it for for free these employees are the some of the best workers I have ever seen I will be coming here again and again just to see everyone and to be in this kind atmosphere.

They really don’t care about breakfast. Cold sandwiches, hot fries, watered down soda. I was the only one in line and they still asked me to pull forward to and they would bring my meal out to me…which is really just a way to have their drive thru times low

I came for lunch and the chicken sandwich was amazing. Fries hot and flavorful. And great customer service. They need a double drive thru be it gets slammed at lunch. But now I know why- the lunch crew does a much better job than the breakfast staff

I have attempted to get a snickerdoodle cookie frosty 4 times over the past month. Each time I given an excuse about how the machine is broken or they ran out of vanilla ice cream or they just replaced the vanilla ice cream. This is starting to feel like a McDonalds conspiracy…

The food was fine and the person serving us was very friendly and helpful. What I did not care for was the filthy dirty tables not wiped off after other customers. . There was no ketchup in the ketchup machine no cups in the other ketchup machine and there were two cigarettes put out on one of the table tops. This is not where I like to take my grandchildren for a meal when it’s that dirty.

Waited almost 15 minutes for somebody to take my order while four employee stood around the kitchen. The employee working the front counter was outside shoveling sidewalks. The other four employees were discussing how it’s not their job. One of the kitchen employees attempted to stick her head out the window to yell at the outside employee to come inside, but it was cold and she said hell no. I see there are cameras inside the store and if management sees this or ownership sees us the date was December 29 at about 1230/ 1245.
