This Wendy’s is constantly forgetting to add whole portions of meals to orders. The food is consistently cold/room temperature and overall the experience is just terrible. I really enjoy Wendy’s and it is a bummer that this one near home has to be one of the worst I’ve been to. If it was a rare experience I wouldn’t write this, but it’s constant. To add their customer service when they make the mistake is poor. They they make it seem like you are the hassle.

Honest Review:
Lets start with the Fries, nice and crispy golden with good flavor maybe a pinch less salt but it was great. Beverage was great fresh not watery like most places. And now for the main item the BURGER i got the BACONATORR, Taste was delicious you taste everything in every bite you take will highly recommend this to anyone, Baconator combo SM only $10 cant beat that for a good lunch.

I used the drive thru, and they forgot part an entire part of my order and only noticed when I arrived at my destination. They also never put my receipt in the bag, so I can’t prove they got my order wrong. I really don’t like having my money stolen.

Waited in line for 37 min in drive thru. The 12 fries i got in the little carton Were cold and soggy. The burger was cold to the touch like it just came out of the refrigerator. Really don’t know why it took so long but we timed several vehicles from the time they pull up to the order window to an actually place the order was anywhere between three and six minutes. I don’t know if they were shorthanded but I see other reviews in here that are not good either so I’m assuming it’s management problems. Hopefully they can get it figured out because this is definitely not good fast food like they advertise

Typical Wendy’s food with a lack of enthusiasm. This location has had a few management changes and a few were good but the current ones are a downer and never smile. Why work when it’s not fun? You can’t put a price on service but you can sure feel it. Fast food doesn’t mean you have to dread getting food.

The crew there is awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and delivered quickly. This has been the best Wendy’s experience I have ever had. Abby was the best! She helped me get kids meal toy for my grandchild after we have been to numerous Wendy s on our hunt for them. She went above and beyond and she deserves recognition. Whoever is managing this place kudos to you for and awesome store and staff!!

As soon as we walked into this establishment we were greeted with a kind cashier with a warm smile. Placing our order was a breeze, only had to wait minimally for a specialty item. The icing on the cake was that every single table was clean, making my dining experience very pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit…
