Lmao just came through at 10:30am (2/20) with a MOBILE order and I received a 4 COUNT when last time I checked I ordered a 8 COUNT…while the bit on the head set and who was in the window call herself tryna be SMART when I was asking for ketchup (and was already nice on the speaker when letting her know I had a mobile order) the BIT need to learn how to read . “all THAT’S in the bag” with an attitude…CLEARLY everything was NOT in the bag boo..

Google says 2am, but at 1:10am no one answers ….typical unprofessional establishments. The night “manager” said “I don’t care what google hours say” we are closed ! I guess this explains why they are losing business and traffic is decreasing .

The meat on the whopper is not hot nor warm. Just shy. Should have a hot off the grill taste and feel instead of a heat lamp or less temp. They skimp on the lettuce at the two locations I visit and often ask that drive thru customers pull up or over to a nearby parking spot after paying. Perhaps to keep the drive thru wait time to a minimum only to have employees bring the food ouy to you NEVER with a receipt. Decided I would start asking for one when I pay. Improvements needed.

This place is Hopeless!
The food tasted and was disgusting. I had to come back and have them make the whoppers over because they had Bacon on them and were not supposed to. They gave us back the same disgusting whoppers that had the Bacon on them because the bread was soggy and in the photo you can see that. The fries had ZERO Salt on them and the Trans person at the window said they don’t put salt in the fries and said I can put salt on them. Do I look like I work here ? He put iodized salt packets in the bag. Unprofessional and Nasty people!!!!

They are Slow for no reason at all. I waited 10 or more minutes just to place an order in the drive thru and there was only 2 cars in front of me. I just drove off. Don’t waste your precious time here.

whoever that was at the drive thru window was rude 9/6 around 11:20 pm. She was rude over the intercom and rude at the window. Never coming back here again, and i hope people that enjoys/likes good service will never come here either. i need a manager/owner to contact me please.
