I’m only leaving one star because I have to. So through doordash, I ordered 3 Junior bacon cheeseburgers plus ketchup and pickle.. and all I got on them was ketchup and pickle. No bacon, no tomatoes, no lettuce, & no mayo. I then decided to give them another chance and reorder them & asked the dasher to point out to the workers the correct ingredients I wanted.. and he said he told them & showed them my message. And the next 3 burgers were still done exactly the wrong way.. ketchup and pickle only.
So I asked for a refund and only got $3. Even though it was $13.
So I decided to call Wendys to politely complain about the burgers.. as I’ve now spent almost $20 on wrong burgers. And the manager (female) was BEYOND rude… snotty… full on attitude. Cutting me off… not listening to anything I was saying and just repeating the same phrase over and over! And then she hung up. I will never be ordering from them again & will be spreading the word!

If I ask for the food to be made fresh, that should probably tell you I’m GOING to know when its not fresh. Like “oh my god I have to do my job???” Yeah dude. The middle is old and rubbery. Im pissed. Thats fine. I’ll just come in and watch everyone do their job and audibly babysit them until I get trespassed for just simply trying to get fresh food.

My wife and I walked in and they had a single customer. We were not even acknowledged when 4 workers passed by us. We stood and waited at the counter and left 10 minutes later. We went to Culver’s where they greeted us when we walked in and immediately took our order. Culver’s had quite a few more customers as well. Save your time and money and skip this Wendy’s.

I recently visited Wendy’s for a quick drive thru meal and was extremely disappointed with the slow service I received. It took an inordinately long time to place my order and receive my food, and the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. Although the service was slow, the food itself was good as I’ve come to expect from Wendy’s. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Wendy’s for a quick, efficient drive thru meal.

Absolutely some of the worst food I have ever tried to eat. We spent almost 25.00 for two burgers that were so dried out, and leathery, I could barely chew to swallow it. The hamburger was less than a quarter inch thick it was so dried.
The baked potato was overcooked that its skin was crunchy and super hard to cut through to eat it.
Of all the places we could have eaten, this was absolutely the worst!
Hours later, not only does my stomach hurt, trying to digest less than half a burger, but the belching up for hours is awful. Both of us have been belching all night trying to digest this gut rot meal.
On the good side, the staff was super nice.

We did not inform the staff how disappointed we were with the meal. We just left and vowed not to eat there again.
They advertise “fresh” food. We never received fresh food….it was all dried out and over cooked from sitting in a warmer for hours and hours.
I have never received a bake potato from Wendy’s before that the skin was so crunchy you could hear it crunching from across the table when my friend was trying to eat it. It sounded more like he was eating potato chips rather than a baked potato due to it being so dried out.
I was very disappointed.
