I work at the tattoo shop and this is the only place near us that’s closest, ended up getting the new brisket whopper and when I got back to work to get ready to chow down it was 4 onion rings with a half frozen patty and a greasy bun. I threw that crap in the trash and ended up going to subway. The worse place I’ve ever been to and will never go back. No wonder why there empty all the time. Hope they shut down with the trash they’re giving people. Was nothing like what I’ve been seeing in the pictures.

After placing a mobile order,I was instructed to pick up in the drive-thru. I waited for a few minutes before they told me mobile orders had to come inside..?? What’s the point in a mobile order and then waiting over 10 minutes to pick it up? The woman in plain clothes at the grill said “…and tell them I make my food with love.” Obviously it was in response to a customer complaining. When I got home and unwrapped my whopper-I was grossed out! The veggies were wilted and the lettuce was slimy. I am not eating this because I don’t want food poisoning. I understand they are short staffed,but there is no excuse to give a person rotten food. See pictures for how un-appealing this Whopper was… .

The management there is top tier !!! I had a slight problem with my order, nothing major but the manager over the store was there and she was more than happy to help get it fix within a minute. Very fast, very nice, and very good quality☺️

Absolutely horrible, I didn’t even get my two double stackers and I asked for all CHEESEBURGERS to have just cheese and ketchup and they were all plan… I don’t understand how you can get an order so simple wrong.
The young girl at the window was understanding but the red head manager was very rude and nasty.

This location may not be the absolute best with cosmetic upkeep, but it is clean. Yes they are understaffed with only two people working in the smack middle of rush hour times, but the food we ordered was hot, was fresh, bathrooms were clean even if they didn’t smell like rose petals and Lysol cleaner it was still very clean. Sweet lady that ran both drove thru window at the same time did such a good job she made it look easy. Even if this location isn’t the best for some people, for me this would probably be the only location I’d be willing to go to. Any other location they may have the people they may have the cosmetic upkeep like fresh paint, but they have the customer service, and the food that’s made either fresh or pretty damn close to it. Big kudos to this location and the two folks that were on shift by themselves!

I had a previous bad experience with the drivethru taking too long so I haven’t visited in awhile, but today was a different experience. Christopher Poe was especially kind as he took my order and made the experience quite good eating in at around 12:30 pm on a thursday. The burgers were well balanced and even the Double whopper jr had plenty of fresh vegetables in it. Flawless experience for me today.
