When I walked in, the employee said she would be with me in just a minute. Thank you for acknowledging me! That’s so important to me. The food came out super fast. We got two taco salads, and so the stuff that comes with it is already in a little packet, so nothing was missing. Salads were good, love the freestyle drink machine, and the setting was laid back.

Their door clearly says they are open until 10 PM every day. This is the third time I have arrived well before 10 PM, and the doors are locked. It is 9:35 PM and the doors are locked. This location has lost my business for a third AND FINAL time. This location does NOT want your business. I deserve better, you deserve better. There are plenty of other restaurants to do business with. Go elsewhere!!!!

Waited in drive-thru for several minutes waiting for the car ahead of me to have someone take their order. We were the only two cars on the property, at 7:45p on a Tuesday. After leaving because I had places to be, I drove past the drive-thru window. The two girls at the cash register were just gabbing and staring out the window together. Like side by side in the window looking at the snow?
The prior time I went they gave me the wrong food, then the wrong receipt, and forgot my drink. This Wendy’s is going downhill and will soon be just as bad as the Taco Bell in town.

There was an insanely long line that nearly made it out into the street in the drive through last night, maybe due to other locations having issues taking orders. Despite this, the employees stayed on top of it and handled orders one after another, even though it was 30 minutes to closing. My food was still made perfectly. If it was up to me, all of the employees here would be rewarded for their hard work.

What a disappointment. So tired of people not taking any pride in their work. Drive through line out past the parking lot. Waited in line for 10mins, and another 5 while at the speaker. Placed my order, finally, only to have them make it their way, not the way I placed the order. Par for the course though, there is literally no place in niles that does the bare minimum even to come close to average food. Thank you though, cooking from home from now on. Add Wendy’s of Niles to the list of suck.

I had some mouth surgery, so I can only eat very soft foods. Wendy’s chili was perfect for this. Not only is it hot and tasty, it sticks better to my ribs than yogurt, cottage cheese or thin soups.

Waited 15 minutes for one sandwich after having to pull forward and my order still had not come out. After three other orders behind me went out, I went to get my money back. At first the “manager” refused by telling me the rest of my order had been ready. All cold of course buy them, I had to ask for my refund four times and then she insulted me. Never again Wendy…
