Floor is a slippery because they didn’t mop and clean enough. Very oily floor. We ordered food in dine. But we waited long time.(we ordered kids star meal, bacon cheese burger and cheese burger and onion rings) we were there 7:40pm but they closed indoor playground. But they didn’t have any signs about close the indoor playground. If we knew that we wouldn’t stop by this location but they didn’t have any signs about that. How annoying and frustrating with toddlers. Foods aren’t bad but slow and facilities aren’t clean.

It’s a Carl’s Jr, the food is just fine, but the staff here makes is great. Karina is often the employee I communicate with when I pick up my orders and she is so fantastic! She remembers me by name and remembers my order, to the point where if I forget to ask for something, she’s able to rectify it before I know there’s anything wrong. She is awesome and no matter what yall are currently paying her, I can promise you she deserves a raise.

Went specifically for the play area. It’s still pictured but they no longer have it. Super disappointing and they should probably clarify online that it’s no longer there. Went through the drive thru once we saw no play area and the food was cold and my husband’s burger was incorrect. Will stick to mcdonalds or burgerking for the play areas.

The staff and food are good, but the prices they charge don’t match the prices listed on the menu. The sign said a breakfast burger combo is $10.79 and they charged me $12.79.

I went in and ordered food at 6:45, I had said I wanted a chocolate shake at first and changed my mind at the speaker for a Oreo shake instead. We got to the window almost 10 mins later and received our food and noticed it was still just a chocolate. Thats not a big of deal I understand making mistakes but I could see the young boy and women sitting there looking they were just talking smack that I had even asked to have my actual drink with the order. Between them smiling and looking at me weirdly I knew there was going to be something wrong with it, and lo and behold it’s the minimal amount of Oreo making it pretty much a chocolate shake. They even tried to ask for the other drink back? Bad hospitality, that older women should be making sure she’s teaching the young kids better. I live right down the street and come here for lunch on my breaks from work but I will be avoiding this Carl’s Jr from now on.

Cashiers didnt ask anyone if their orders were for dine in or carry out so people had to ask for bags or just got a bag of food at their table. My sandwich had an ice cold dripping chili on it that I had to take off. My soda was flat so I had to get a different drink. While eating I noticed a mildew smell and looked up from my table and saw water damage. The side of the soda dispenser was covered in dirt build up on the sides. The cashier didn’t want to bring my food to my table to he handed it off to some girl in a sweater which was weird. I’m not going to come back to this location. It’s gross, slow, and unkempt with poor service.

Slow pick up orders more worried about customer in drive thru was very frustrating watching atlest 8 orders go out in the drive thru as I waited for a meal for delivery that should have been done when I arrived.
