Posting in window says dining room open 10am-8pm. So I went next door to drop my vehicle off for service at cole krum. Walked over and to go in Wendy’s and the doors were locked.

When I arrived in the restaurant I was greeted by the general manager, Andrea. She showed great hospitality to me and my parents stopping in for a bite to eat. You could see the team she has cultivated displayed excellent customer service that was refreshing and made us feel at home. The food was great and the fries were fresh and Andrea checked in with us to see how the food was.
Andrea runs a fantastic Wendy’s and I would recommend this location to anyone that finds themselves passing by.

Online ordered and when we pulled up, they did not have an item we ordered, an orange frosty, as well as telling us they only had enough for two small frostys which was a problem since we ordered larges. The guy offered to give us three large drinks (which we only wanted one haha) on top of the two small frostys. He then gave us a large fry and refunded us the cost of the frosty they were out of. He was very professional and nice about the whole thing. I left feeling very pleased with the service here. Best service I’ve gotten anywhere in a while.

This Wendy’s location has made a noticeable change of improved service, professionalism, and happier workers over last couple months. Will definitely visit again soon after taking some time off from this location. It will be even nicer when they’re able to allow inside dining again.
