The worker who dealt with us was very nice and this is not a reflection on him. Almost every table was dirty. The only couple that were clean were directly in the sunlight. Then as im eating my cheeseburger I find a small part black part Grey hair in it. Noticed everyone had very long unkempt hair. No hairnets in sight. Who I assume is the manager was sitting at a clean table working on a laptop and had to of seen the state of the dining room. Also the drinks were flat. I tried 3 kinds. When I brought the hair to their attention their response was to offer me a pie… they were bragging about “being ready for 10 cars in the next hour” but they sure weren’t ready for ten people dining in. Visit was 1/11/26 @2pm

Me and the wife ordered 13 cookies online. Got to the restaurant had to wait for them to cook the cookies. Then we open the box a the cookies were like someone just crumbled them up and thru them in the box. Very very disappointed. We took them back.

This McDonald’s on Franklin’s N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.

Nice lunch here recently while I was out running weekend errands. The restaurant was pretty clean, the food was prepared well and delivered hot to my table, and the staff was really nice. It was really a pleasant visit and much better than I was expecting – visits to other McDonald’s over the past few years have been average at best. Will definitely return to this location when I get a hankering for a McDonald’s meal in the future!

Door was locked at 9:30! They were advertised as open until 11:00. Terrible inconvenience!! Had to use drive through which we didn’t want after being on the road for hours! Burger not made fresh to order. All around dissapointing. What has happened to McDonald’s? Not the same at all.

There was a double cheeseburger special today. This location did not honor the price even after my wife called to make sure they were participating. Excuses were made a few times by the person taking the orders at the drive thru. Went across the street to Sonic and they honored their special. This was not about the money , the honesty was the key failure here.

I have been a customer for the last two years, nearly daily. The quality, service, friendliness and wait times have gone to rock bottom. If you want slow service, cold food, lethargic staff, to be pulled up for “window times”, have missing food, get someone else’s order, have missing napkins/condiments or a bun with no meat…this is the place for you. They even served me a fountain drink when the city was under a boil water advisory, so, who knows what you’ll get. I know what you will get . Whatever is or isn’t thrown in the bag!

Dined in. Lobby was a mess. We had to use baby wipes to clean tables and chairs before our kids could sit down. Would not have stayed but it was one of their birthdays and they wanted a Happy Meal.
