Went inside to orders and we ordered a son of a bacoaider with no cheese and we got no bacon with cheese. We also ordered a regular chicken sandwich meal and got a spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were not cooked. Food was awful and the whole place looked dirty. The crew was touching everything with the gloves on cross contaminating the food. Someone’s going to get sick! Go Reviews somewhere else.

Drive thru staff very rude, and not at all interested in customer satisfaction. Will not stop at this Wendy’s again. If you feel the job is beneath you, please find somewhere else to work and stop being rude to customers.

I ordered the cheesy burger it was really good, I also got a spicy chicken sandwich which I still believe is one of the best chicken sandwiches from a fast food spot….the fries didn’t really have any salt or seasoning but they was still okay….I enjoyed the food

Gentleman at the window was friendly. His name was Will. He wanted to charge us $6 each for extra napkins. He was just kidding. I asked for fries with no salt, they were salted. The friendliness made up for it.

I think Wendy’s burgers are the best out of the fast food world. Their chili is super good too, although it is not consistent. Sometimes it is better than other times. Their fries leave something to be desired. This Wendy’s has good quality, but sometimes they can be downright unfriendly.
Update: went here again last week and the burgers were dry and nasty, had to wait 20 minutes and again unfriendly. I won’t come to this Wendy’s again, I will go to the Wendy’s on 9th street or the one in Paw Paw.

Service was slow, party of 5 with no special orders ate in the dining room and it took over 10m to get our food. No ice in beverage machine. Floor was so sticky I walked out of my shoe twice. No soap in the ladies room. The food was good, but as far as Wendy’s go, this one could use some improvements!

food was good service wasn’t bad besides I asked for a couple chilli sauces and they wanted to charger me 50 cent per pack couldn’t even get one even though I spent 10 bucks on food but I went to Wendy’s across town the other day and didn’t charge me I spent probably 14 dollars then but come on I worked for Wendy’s we always gave chilli sauce at least one per item if asked definitely will not come back to this store when there are many more I can go to lol
