If you’re looking for quick service, avoid this Burger King at night. I’ve never encountered such slow and careless service in all my life. Let me break down the reasons why I can’t recommend this place:
1. Extremely Slow Service at Night
No matter how empty it is, the speed of service is ridiculously slow. I usually visit around 10 p.m., and even when I’m the only car in the drive-thru, it takes 20 minutes to get my order. Once, with only two cars ahead of me, it took the same amount of time—20 minutes—for two simple meals. These were not complex orders, just standard menu items.
2. Lights Off, No Sense of Care
Tonight, I arrived at 10:30 p.m. to find the restaurant signs in darkness. Which either shows pure laziness or a complete lack of attention to detail. It makes me wonder if anyone is supervising this location. It seems like whoever manages this place has no passion or pride in keeping it running smoothly.
3. Questionable Management or Ownership
The problem may not even lie with the night staff. Sometimes, it’s the owner’s lack of investment and care that trickles down to the employees. It’s sad to see someone own a business but fail to show any love for it, resulting in a restaurant that treats customers like they don’t matter.
4. Day vs. Night: A Stark Contrast
The most confusing part is that during the day, none of these problems exist. Even with a crowded drive-thru or lobby, the service is fast, and orders are ready within 10 minutes, max. But come nighttime, it feels like the staff is purposely slowing down. It’s absurd that only two customers can be served every 20 minutes.
5. You’re Losing Money
This message is for the owner and management. If you’re paying your staff on time, providing the best equipment, and still getting these results, then the problem lies in supervision. If that’s the case, it’s time to make a change. The fact that they didn’t even turn on the lights suggests they’re trying to avoid drawing attention, almost as if they don’t want more customers. That’s money out of your pocket.
And if you’re the kind of owner who just hires a supervisor and turns a blind eye, waiting for negative reviews to force you into making a change, then unfortunately, you’re the problem. You’re a poor leader, and you need to do better.
I ate the brisket whopper, when I started eating it tasted “off”, I took a few bites but my body was telling me something’s wrong, the meat was noticeably cold and tasted rotten, so I stopped. A few hours go by and I’m keeled over in pain in the bathroom – won’t go into anymore details there.
Also, when I went in the drive thru the entire place smelled like weed – which I normally wouldn’t care about but if you’re so high you can’t keep food at the proper temps then there’s a problem.
I will never go back. Ever.
