Placed an order through GrubHub at 4:11pm and was not delivered until nearly 6pm missing all drinks and other items. The manager and staff were very helpful and replaced and remade the order for us. I understand it was a “third party” issue and wasn’t necessarily the fault of the restaurant but they went over the top in making things right. I appreciate this much and we will be back again.

I have never had such a bad customer service experience. We were waited on by a young kid with the worst customer service experience. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. One of my burgers i had added bacon, because the Baconator does not come with veggies. The girl making our burgers proceeded to yell at this kid how if he would have rang it up a certain way it would have saved a 1.50. She asked him why he didn’t ring it up that way and he just didn’t care. She at least cared enough. I didn’t even care if I had saved money. I was so irritated. I won’t be back.

For some reason every other time I go to this location there’s spicy chicken sandwiches have really tough meat and the fries are almost always stale tasting like they’re in bad old oil. But the other half the time the sandwiches are really yummy and the frosties are enjoyed by my kiddos and sometimes me too.

The place was very dirty! Spider webs in the window sill plus other garbage. Tables needed to be washed! Floors needed to be swept! I know this is an older location but it can still be kept clean!
Food was normal Wendy’s.
But, with the dinning room so dirty it made me wonder what the kitchen looks like!

They messed up the entire order, woman (Darshay) at the drive thru was very rude and argumentative. Lights on the menu were off and the store appeared to be closed. I called the store and spoke to the manager (Marika) She did not offer to refund our money and was rushing to get off the phone. The only option provided was for me to drive out to the restaurant again on my time and gas to pick up the food they messed up! Terrible service!

I pulled up in drive through and wasn’t even greeted for several minutes. When I did order the employee was rude and impatient even through I only ordered two items. I ordered my girlfriend nuggets and myself a deluxe burger no cheese (because I’m allergic). I left the drive through and went to my girlfriends work to bring her dinner. When I opened up my food it made with cheese. Great now I can’t even eat dinner with my girlfriend.

I order fries, nuggets, chilling at 11:15PM almost to close in mobile. When I got there, the lady said they don’t have chili, so asked what is available for me to replace. They offered another spicy chicken nuggets, I took it.
The bag contained what I ordered, sauce, napkins, all.
