This place has gone really downhill. Ordered 2 fancy burgers, 1 chips, and a can of coke. The burgers had no weight to them (considering this is their ‘premium’ burger) the pattie was as thin as the piece of lettuce (no exaggeration), and the assembly of the burger was pretty ordinary. The chips or fries were way too few ( the packet they came in was about 2/3 full – and not cheap). The can of coke was fine and as expected. There are too many other businesses around here that give you value for money to bother going back. This is the third time I have had burgers from this place, and while the taste of the of the burger itself was fine, it appears as though no effort or pride goes into their product anymore. It equated to a poor experience at Mecca’s or HJ’s for 2 or 3 times the price. My 2 stars is probably generous, but I have had better meals from here stopping me from giving 1 star.

I’m not usually one to leave shitty reviews but this is the most greasy soggy disgusting burger I have ever had, for $42.00 for 2 burgers and small fries, I’m am beyond disappointed with this inedible mess. You can literally see the grease solidified on the burger wrapper, the bottom bun was absolutely soaked in grease. Please clean your grill! will not be coming back!

Burger was alright, pretty sloppy. I also got the chilli chips, which mind you were $11 and came out with barely any meat as shown in photo, and were quite average. Pretty disappointing and feel like the establishment has gone down hill over the last couple years.

Wow! I paid $18.50 for a regular sized “fancy” burger.
That alone is not worth going to this place.
In regards to the flavour, it was just like a sandwich with everything a burger has.
I can’t believe that you guys can’t make a patty taste like a proper burger patty, it’s the most important part of the dish, and you make it flavourless.
It wasn’t even bad, it just doesn’t justify paying a restaurant price for a burger that tastes like it was made by someone who doesn’t know how to make one, but knows what it looks like.

BHBC are hands down the best burgers in Brisbane. Although the burgers are exaggerated onto a higher price point, it is so worth everything else. Such a simple menu but delivers FANCY BURGER!!!!
I strongly recommend physically going and eating there rather than getting delivery. The staff are always extremely attentive to quickly whipping up every order in 10 minutes or less – whilst remaining friendly despite that! The store is in the perfect location with seats outside behind the venue, undercover. Inside is spotless, pure white with the food being the main source of colour.
The burgers themselves (esp the fancy) are super juicy and kick off flavour in every bite. I’ve never tasted a burger that has flavour in the patty outside of the sauce. This breaks the ice. But not my heart!!! The iceberg lettuce gives that perfect ratio of a beautiful crunch amongst the soft, locally baked, potato bun!! The tomato adds that zest of red, the sauce makes me bunned out. I slap the table when I stuff it in my mouth from how good it is. Take that Betty’s Burgers!!!!

Tasty classic smash burgers, my only gripe is the two young fellas in there are not friendly. I honestly haven’t come back because they gave me dirty looks and didn’t even speak to me when I picked up my food. Didn’t say thanks or anything… would have been 5 star if it wasn’t for their rudeness

The burgers here are top notch and I always enjoy coming here for a treat. Love the fries! Where you can improve is by regularly cleaning the tables and chairs and removing rubbish in a timely manner when customers have finished. A bottle of spray and wipe, paper towel and some chux will do the trick. Perhaps give the door on entry a clean as well because it has been neglected. It’s not a great representation of your brand when you’re presented with a grubby door on entry. Can’t wait to come back and grab a triple fancy burger!

Used to really like this place but now it feels like every time I order I’m having issues. Always seems to be something missing from my order now. Ordered tonight and was missing the drink and the chips were extremely stale like I had been given someone’s leftovers. For the high price you pay for food here (which is definitely way too high of a price), you should not be consistently disappointed.
